I bought a corvette from them-during my deal with ************************* several things were discussed (They did zero negotiating other than getting new c7 z06 wheels for the car at their price. The car was purchased on 3/23/24 and the wheels were "ordered" the same day. **** told me they would have them that next Tuesday.I never heard from them after purchasing this car. I called/texted ************************* and the dealership on Wednesday that next week and was told the wheels were ordered. I then waited another two weeks and never heard from them. I called in several times and was disregarded by the receptionist ******. ****, **** and ****** told me several times they were ordered. I then finally called and spoke to the Manager (***********************) I now see he is no longer listed as staff on their website (Imagine that). He then discovered that they were never ordered and they were actually planning on me driving to their dealership and swapping my wheels out with another set out of a place in *******?. None of this was ever discussed. I then was able to get my money back that I gave them for the wheels as I had ZERO confidence in their ability to follow through with anything at this point.This only got better as I am still waiting on the paperwork to register and title the car in my name in my own state. My plates are expiring in a couple days. I called two weeks ago and was told they would call me back(that never happened). I called again today 4/29/24 and spoke with **************** She did call me back and said she would email me a file with the required documents for the out of state transfer? I asked her why this wasn't done well before now especially with my plates expiring to get zero response from them. I then find out they have had the required documents done that are dated back on 4/17. They will take your money and forget about you. No one knows what they are doing or just doesn't care which is a direct result of their leadership.

If I could of marked no stars I would have. I drove 144 miles to look at & test drive a 2017 black Camaro RS, price was a little higher than blue book and the car had 2 dents & scratches on the body ,one headlight ,other small things that was promised by the manager to be fixed if I bought the car and it would take 3 days to fix. I can’t drive the 144 miles to pick it up. So I was promised again that it would be delivered on a rack on a semi not driven 144 miles back to where I live. The dealership had my car for 2 weeks and only fixed one dent on the car nothing else was touched. Did they even do a pre inspection on the Camaro ? The day of delivery !! I went to pick up my car and the driver of the semi had cars on the racks but his helper decided to drive my car behind the semi to my location and put 144 miles on my car! Ok whatever I will get over it. I drove my car and the fan was constantly running , no AC and the check engine light came on. I was devastated. I had it 1 day. We contacted the dealership and they immediately said they would fix it and give me a rental. Yeah I was happy. I was beginning to think that this dealership was good and honest. I was going to leave a nice review. I dropped off my car and wrote down the miles and I spoke to the semi driver about this. He promised me that my car would be on a rack and not driven. The dealership did not call to tell me what was wrong with my car and had it for 1 week. I received a text from the semi driver to inform me that my car was done.I met him by my house to pick up my vehicle. I looked at my dash and there is an additional 240 miles put on my car. Someone was driving all around their town for the entire week. I texted the dealership immediately and asked why my car had an extra 240 miles. ****** replied oh our managers both drove your car to find out what was wrong with it. I left a note in my car stating what was wrong! This dealership put a total of 400 miles on my car.

I purchased 2 cars from Exceptional Motorcar in Defiance, Ohio on 4/6/22. I was not happy with my purchase and wanted to upgrade to a car that was $11,000 more than the first one I purchased. I paid 45,000 for the car a little less than 2 weeks ago and the dealership said they would only give me $36,000 for it now and refused to give me any money off of the purchase price of a much more expensive car. I am thoroughly disgusted with the manager and owner of this "business". That is not how you treat someone who just purchased 2 cars from you.
