**** at your service was the easiest warranty person I have ever had the occasion to deal with. When we bought a new fridge a service technician told us to buy a warranty extension so we did from the dealer. When our ice maker stopped making ice I contacted the warranty people, Safeware, **** gave we a name of a repair company and when I contacted them they said they didnt work with safeware so I called **** back and she apologized and said that was the only business in our area they had on their books but told me to contact a repair place of my choice and pay for the repair then get an itemized receipt and submit it on line which I did. She said she would submit it the next day. The next day I called her and told her to hold off as the ice maker still wasnt making ice and the repairman was coming back out and I wasnt sure if there would be any additional charges. The technician came out and changed out another part and that their wouldnt be any additional charge so I called **** and told her it was now fixed with no additional charge and she said she would submit the claim and Id receive my money in 5 to 7 days which I did through direct deposit. Through all this **** was very friendly, easy to deal with and kept up date with all correspondence. It would be a wonderful world if everyone was as friendly and easy to deal with as **** ********* was. I am totally happy with Safeware

Excellent customer service and very prompt response. ****** was very helpful with providing the resources and information to help us with our claim in a very short period of time. ****** was instrumental in helping our church navigate the extended warranty process when both our commercial refrigerator and freezer units required servicing. We needed repairs done quickly and we fumbled through the process of submitting multiple claims and reaching the correct department. Without hesitating, ****** jumped in to help out and went above and beyond to move the repairs and eventual replacement forward. He was patient, understanding, responsive to our calls and a pleasure to work with. We would like to pass along our appreciation for his time and hard work. We were more than happy with the outcome and warranty coverage provided.
