I have received emails stating I authorized a payment plan on a loan I have NEVER taken out with them. All I am going to say is that I am going to report those emails as fraudulent and spam and God help this company if they try to take any of my money.Review from Stuart W

This Company Ivy Finance charges a highly usurious rate of interest for a simple car loan. The way they trick the average customer is by writing a new car loan every 30 days after the customer has signed up and charging them 15% a month or 180% a year. They are a criminal organization and have masked their enterprise by keeping a low and off radar profile. I caution people to stay away from them and do not get lured in by their slick sales pitch. They should be fully prosecuted under the law so the public is made aware of how they operate. In addition to this complaint, I have also filed a complaint with the Texas Atty General's office.Review from Cynthia H

They STOLE FROM ME!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never dealt with them. Never heard of them! They stole money from me!

I, too have received several emails from this company including one about a "debt sale." I have no account with IvyFinance and waited long enough on hold to get nervous about span and hung up.Review from Mae J.

I keep getting notices from this company and I have no loan or anything with them!!
