The whole entire experience with Division 1 Roofing was great! They worked hard with the insurance company and made the process absolutely seamless. We did not have any delays or issues at all while working with them. The biggest impact for me is that they were even able to squeeze us into the schedule and get our roof knocked out before the start of our bad Ohio winter weather! The roof turned out great and truly can't recommend then enough! Thank you so much, Division 1 Roofing!

***** and the Division1 Roofing team of ****** were amazing from start to finish. They were patient and made sure to work with insurance company and myself to get the roof replaced without any hiccups. Before they came out to do our roof, they were detailed about what would happen from start to finish. ***** and his crew did an awesome job! They were done before I got home from work and had everything cleaned up. We had Halloween decorations up, which could've been a challenge but they made sure everything was preserved. Division 1 Roofing went up on my roof and the ******* bent shingles to make it appear that I had storm/roof damage. I had to file a police report. My insurance company is putting me through the wringer trying to figure out what happened. I had multiple engineers on my roof trying to prove the malicious nature of Division 1 Roofing. I told the company what happened, all they could say was that ******* doesnt work for them any longer. They did absolutely nothing to right their wrong. Not even an apology. DO NOT EVER USE DIVISION 1 ROOFING!!!!Review from Tom R

These guys are great! I had shingles blown off my roof so I called these guys who were recommended to me. ***** came out and did an inspection determining the roof would need replaced. He covered the damage on the spot so it wouldnt get any worse until repairs could be done. Roof turned out amazing! Id highly recommend these guys for any roofing issues!Review from Robert H

Division 1 roofing replaced our roof on 9/14/2024. ***** worked with us from the start. There was some bumps with our insurance company but he was always there for us. The crew did an amazing job. They put a new roof on our home, out building and shed. They were very professional and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.Review from Taitum W

When we moved in, we had really hard storms hitting us, and at the time I thought it was no big deal. But when I first saw our leak in the house, I was really worried. My mom was even more worried, so she panicked and rushed to find estimates for roofers to fix our roof, thats when she found Division 1 Roofing, and *****. *****, from my perspective, made everything really easy for my mom to understand, and I felt like I could see the worry in her, fade away. Everything was super quick, and I feel like in just a matter of a couple of months, my mom was so excited for her new roof, asking me for what colors and everything. Within about 4 months, my mom was worried, relived, excited, and over filled with joy. Now we have a new roof, and I dont have to worry about anymore leaks. The roofers were very quick, kind, and did an awesome job. the company did such a great job of handling this, and I would recommend them to anyone. From start to finish, ***** was on it!! We just bought this house a year ago, well when the storms came through hard in February, that started a leak in the house. I did what any new homeowner would do and paniced!!! I searched around, looking for my 3 estimates. Division 1 was my last one. It's true when they say 3rd times a charm. ***** came out, calmed me down, explained everything to me as if I was in kindergarten! He was there through 5 different claims adjusters, giving the run around of a life time, but he didn't back down or give up!! Now finally after 4 months of the back and forth, I have a new roof! The roofers were awesome!! Very friendly, asking if I had any questions, asking my opinions. They were very clean and didnt leave a mess!! I am beyond delighted with the incredible roofing job performed by Division 1! From the moment I reached out, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The craftsmanship on my new roof is absolutely stellar, and the entire process was flawless thanks to the outstanding efforts of ***** ********. ***** went above and beyond with his unparalleled professionalism, superb communication, and meticulous attention to every detail. He made what could have been a complex and stressful process completely seamless. After the tornadoes in February, Division 1 acted swiftly to schedule a free inspection, and thanks to their prompt response, I was able to secure a full roof replacement covered by my insurance. Once the replacement was approved, the job was scheduled with lightning speed and completed in under a daytruly remarkable! ***** and the Division 1 team handled everything with such care, including managing the final cost and all interactions with my insurance company. Their dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction is truly exceptional. I can't recommend Division 1 and ***** ******** highly enough. They turned what could have been a daunting task into a flawless and highly positive experience!
