On 6-7-22, I had a perspective provider go to this establishment to have their fingerprints processed. (This establishment is listed as one of the fastfingerprint establishments). The provider arrived and completed the Ohio genral registration form. It asked for the BCI code. The perspective provider noted 5123.081 as she was instructed to. She checked home health which is close to what she does. The employee who captured the fingerprints did not select this code. When I received the results, it stated it was for code 3701.881. This is not the code that was documented by the individual requesting prints. I search for an active number for the place but there was not one. I drove 16 miles to the location to ask for a copy of the registration and I questioned the individual who captured the prints. She stated she said home health. I said "yes, that's a part of it but she had a specific code listed to show wha she wanted". As I was standing there, she scrolled down to the code in question and said "Oh, there it is". She then said "Only the Ohio General's office can change the code- you will have to call them. I asked her was there a way she could contact someone so that we could explain her error. She stated no. I sat outside the door on hold for 35 minutes and decided to leave but stayed on hold. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, a representative answered, informed me she (the processor) was wrong, but they could not change it. He said new prints with the proper code would have to be sent in. This is what I asked the young lady while I was at fast fingerprints and she claimed there was nothing she could do. If she had followed what was written on the paper, we would not be in this situation. I would like a refund so that my perspective e client can have her prints captured elsewhere, Please note - there is no active number to contact this place. The gentleman at the Ohio Attorney Generals office gave me one on file but it is not active.
