You can't go wrong with Troy! Troy arrives when he says he will be and works until your job is done. Troy has done several jobs for me. He has installed a walk-in shower, kitchen remodel, replaced an old deck and recently a water line break. He was out is less than 24 hours to repair the water line. Bachman Contracting is reliable and has fair pricing. Troy will only do your job the "right" way! He does not cut corners. If you want the job done correctly and by a hard worker who shows up when he says he will, then you want Bachman Contracting.

Troy has done a number of projects for us. This Spring he built a roof over our deck and rebuilt the foundation of our garage. To say we were pleased would be an understatement. He always offers great ideas. My wife and I always call Troy when there is a project.

We have hired Bachman Contracting for several jobs since moving into a new house in October of 2021. He moved our washer & dryer upstairs. Built a closet and installed a cabinet with countertop for laundry. Installed railings. Remodeled a bathroom. He even rushed out late one evening when we called about a plumbing problem (which he later fixed for us). Troy is currently working to remodel our family room. He’ll be pulling up carpet, laying down a laminate floor, installing a fireplace and ceiling fan as well as painting a few rooms. His workmanship is excellent and his prices are fair. Troy has been great at giving us options and explaining the pros and cons of each. We appreciate his following up on his jobs and making sure we’re satisfied. He is always responsive and hard working. We couldn’t be happier. We would recommend Bachman Contracting to anyone (and we have)!

I hired Bachman Contracting in September 2023 to install a specific type of fence for my half acre lot. His attention to detail throughout the whole process was meticulous! Some of the lumber that one of the big box stores delivered was horribly warped, so he suggested I return it and have them deliver new lumber. Many other contractors would have just used it. We had just had the house built and **** actually also caught an issue with our foundation. By him catching that within our first 30 days saved us a MAJOR headache down the line.

I hired Bachman Contracting in April 2023 to remodel my bathroom. I had an vision on what I wanted and I explained it to Troy and he told me what would work and what wouldn't work. I told him he was the expert and Boy I am so happy because it turned out beautiful and it was half of the cost because there were things that didn't need replace that I thought needed to be. Troy is a very honest person and he isn't out to just make money he wants the customer to be happy. I've called Troy up for other small projects and he has went out of his way to make sure I was happy. He did ask for half down and I paid the rest when the project was finished. Troy shows up when he tells he will be there and he evens calls the night before to make sure everything is still on plan to go. I recommend Troy for any job that is needed.

I hired Bachman Contracting to complete a downspout and drain project. First goal was to check gutters for areas of damage and complete repairs. Second goal was to disconnect a downspout from an underground drain to a new drain and join with our sump pump exterior drainage pipe. Troy required a $1,000 down payment and invoice was broad in description. Based on ** page, communication, and quality of construction trailer, we proceeded. Troy did show up on the scheduled day, and I was not onsite. He cleared a blockage in one downspout and replaced another. The downspout to the back of the house was planned to connect with the sump pump line underground, instead this was a 90 degree connection direct from the sump pump pipe leading out of the house and the freezeguard was removed to make the connection. After the project, our downspout overflowed. I did not call Troy back, and called another contractor to reconnect the freezeguard and remove the downspout connection. I later called Troy and asked for a $500 refund, which was only a small amount given the full project and my need to hire another contractor to reinstall a freezeguard that was never planned to be removed. Troy declined in an unprofessional exchange of texts, and never called. I do believe Troy has a quality business overall, but this one project did not go as we discussed and a partial refund would have been very fair all things considered. My suggested to other customers is to get a detailed invoice and pay a partial down payment and only pay in full once project is completed and agreed upon by you and Troy onsite.
