They have always been great to us scheduling their maintenance if we can having them out within a week to do excellent work. We have been with them 4 years and have had a perfect paying record. We did preventative maintenance ourselves likes smoke alarm batteries and filters but bb rents does the rest. Our house is sold with a yearly inspection. The management is kind, good and fair. We are blessed ?? to be with them

Bbrents maintenance is always professional. They are polite and great with trying their best to address my concerns in a timely manner and always converse with me. The issues I had before have been resolved my wall looks great you can't even tell there was a two foot round hole in it. My daughter is able to bathe in her tub again which she is so very happy about ??. So I give 5 stars this time around.Bed & Breakfast Property Management, Inc. Response

My original lease was up Aug 24. Couldn’t find a house to move to so signed a 3 month lease. At the beginning of Aug maintenance came and took pictures of the whole house. Inside and out. At that time I had mold in the bathroom, mold in the kitchen below the toliet upstairs. RACOONS tore up the siding of the house digging in the walls every day. Basement leaked EVERY RAIN and EVERY RAIN the pilot light went out due to the water in the basementz Was there for 2 years and took 2 years to fix the garage. When I moved in the previous tenants had to have kept their dogs in the house 24/7. Smelled like dog piss. Took me almost 6 months of daily cleaning for that to finally go away somewhat. Maintenance issues would be delayed with no communication besides with a call center stationed in India. Never could talk with someone live at the office unless I caused a huge issue. Had good tenants but didn’t take care of us in a timely manner. Causes us to leave. ** ****** *** Hope they fix it for the next bunch that lives thereBed & Breakfast Property Management, Inc.
