  This whole process has been a nightmare with the pool install. Pool was dug and framed out in oct. 2021 and sat in the elements till they returned in Feb 2022 when they realized many errors with the steps and then had to drill all the concrete out on the steps and then he fired those employees said they messed up ours and others pools and he had to now fix them, after fixing those errors we finally were done july 2022. After week of pool being open i showed him wrinkles and small and large sharp rocks in liner to point u can see almost torn through pool lights not working and he said it needs to settle and they will go away and the wrinkles he can do next year in 2023. 2023 he came to swap pool light that still didn't work and i had to call light company to get new light and have to find someone to install and pay for that. He came out on a cold day in September to finally "fix" the liner after multiple call attempts and text to have the documentation of the conversations saying the contract says warrants 1 years after completion and said dont want to have that time frame run out till completed. He fixed nothing in September 2023 and i pointed that out and he then said its to cold and going into fall and will be back 2024 and here we are Not returning text from me and i have had 2 pool companies tell me my liner is a ticking time bomb and liner is wrong size and will have rips from all the sharp rocks under liner, have multiple spots close to having full tear. Pool companies we talked to gave us Est. to fix his poor install and will cost us 8-10k to fix and they all have said shouldn't have this so soon and needs fixed by installer at no cost. I dont want him to touch pool i just at this point want new liner and we will have to just pay for Install of another company i got quotes from at this point. We paid for a service that was alot of money and to be lied to and ignored and told will fix isn't how it should be and we are not only customers with same issues.

  this pool project very difficult had to fight with these people over payments prosses mr ****** always yelling cursing rant and rave fixed the wrinkles they caused and bumps in liner then another complaint they been swimming in the pool for three years now they a new liner they also owe me  a payment not going to do another thing for them
