IT AMAZES ME AT TIMES, THE AUDACITY SOME PEOPLE HAVE... SHE IS CORRECT, AS FAR AS FRAUDULENT PAY STUBS BEING USED IN THE ATTEMPT TO FRAUD THE LENDER, HOWEVER IT WAS NOT DONE ON BEHALF OF THE SALESPERSON !!! MS ESTES ACTUALLY EMAILED HER "FRAUDULENT PAYSTUBS" IN QUESTION HERE TO CARDINAL MOTORS... AND FORTUNATELY WE STILL HAVE THOSE EMAILS WHERE SHE HAD SUBMITTED THEM TO CARDINAL MOTORS...THERE IS CURRENTLY A FRAUD CASE BEING BROUGHT AGAINST MS. ESTES FOR HER ATTEMPT TO DECIEVE THE LENDER OUT OF $12,995.00, AS YOU KNOW ANYTHING OVER $500.00 IS A FELONY, SO I CAN KEEP YOU INFORMED ON HOW THAT WORKS OUT FOR HER... I ALSO HAVE PROOF, AS STATED PREVIOUSLY, THAT SHE HAD SENT OUT, VIA EMAIL, WHEN SHE BEGAN THE "PURCHASING PROCEEDURE" !
RESPECTFULLY,
MIKE S*******

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.
Regards,
****** *****Anything untrue was at the company’s request and there was a witness that heard him say he has to lie to the bank to get deals done, and that he lied about the down payment. He lied to the bank about my rent amount as well. This is a repeat issue and a repeat report with this business.
My attorney advised me to try and resolve this issue this way first, especially since this is a repeat issue and I have proof that this is on them, not me.
The business also refused to return my personal property, including a handicap placard that I had to report stolen. He stole money and a parking pass from a handicapped woman.
I attached just a few of the reviews from people just like me, that shows that I am not the only one.
I know it’s upsetting to have sketchy business practices revealed and how badly you want to blame someone else for it, but there are just too many like me for this to be my fault.
I have contacted a few and they are joining my attorney and myself.Unless we can handle this through the BBB.

CONFUSING HERE... AT FIRST I WAS GREAT AND SHE THANKED ME OVER AND OVER FOR HELPING HER AQUIRE A LOAN... UNTIL SHE GOT CAUGHT!!! AS PREVIOUSLY STATED I HAVE THE EMAILS THAT SHE SENT ME WITH HER FRAUDULENT PAYSTUBS ATTACHED, ALSO NO ONE IS WITHHOLDING HER PROPERTY (ALTHOUGH SHE DOESN'T SEEM "PHYSICALLY" HANDICAPPED) ANYWAY HER ORIGINAL COMPLAINT WAS ABOUT ME CREATING FALSE PAYSTUBS FOR HER... UNTIL I POINTED OUT THAT I STILL HAVE THE EMAILS SHOWING SHE SENT THEM TO ME BEFORE SHE EVER CAME TO CARDINAL MOTORS... NOW IT HAS COMPLETELY CHANGED TO DIFFERENT ACCUSATIONS, THIS MATTER HAS BEEN TURNED OVER TO THE APPROPIATE PARTY TO BE HANDLED, AND SINCE SHE HAS SAID THAT SHE HAS CONTACTED AN ATTORNEY, I WILL WAIT TO HEAR FROM THEM.Customer response

Regards,
****** *****Bottom line, he has the car AND my down payment. Any other complaints are between myself and the bank. When the loan was canceled, the down payment should have been returned immediately. Anything short of that is unacceptable.
As for Mike: I think he’s the one that got caught, but that doesn’t matter. Either way, you’ve done your “duty” of pushing off the blame and “reporting me.” The rest is none of your business, and you owe the down payment back, since you have the car in your possession. Period. You are simply holding back because you’re angry (misdirected, I’LL add). You straight up stole $1,000 from a seriously ill and handicapped person and you did it knowingly.
Return the down payment. That’s the only solution.
Any further accusations of fraud will be considered libel.
We are not talking about the loan. You have the car and the money.
Be a good businessman a be good human and return what isn’t yours to keep. You always say “God bless,” so act like the godly man you claim to be and return my money.
The rest is between myself and the bank.Business response

FOR STARTERS ***** IS NOT HANDICAPPED AS FAR AS I CAN TELL, AND THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT HER COMPULSIVE LYING, AND I'M QUITE SURE IT WILL CONTINUE BECAUSE IT APPEARS TO BE A "TRAIT" THAT KEEPS COMING UP WITH THIS "PERSON" SHE CAUSED WAY TOO MUCH TROUBLE AND WOULDN'T COME CLEAN ON HER LIES... SO NO I DO NOT HAVE A DEPOSIT TO GIVE HER!!! SHE DOESN'T CARE TO MENTION THAT SHE HAD BEEN DRIVING AND WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY... UNTIL SHE GOT CAUGHT!!! NOW SHE FEELS NO OBLIGATION NOR REMORSE FOR COMMITING FRAUD, AND DAMAGING MY PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH ONE OF MY LENDERS... BECAUSE IN MY NIAVITY I BELIEVED HER !!! SHAME ON ME, FOR TRUSTING HER... I WOULD APPRECIATE ***** BRINGING IN ANOTHER $3000 TO HELP WITH ALL THE DAMAGES AND HEADACHES SHE HAS CAUSED
RESPECTFULLY,
MIKE S*******

SHE HAD POSSESION OF THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK AND THE MILEAGE IS NOW AT 86,811 WHICH IS AN ADDITIONAL 136 MILES... SHE CAN HOWEVER SEND SOMEONE TO PICK IT UP!!! I DO NOT HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THAT...I DO NOT HOWEVER GRANT HER PERMISSION TO STEP FOOT ON THIS PROPERTY AGAIN ! OK SO I ASSUME BY NOW YOU (THE BBB) ARE STARTING TO SEE HOW THIS IS GOING TO CONTINUE... SHE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT LYING NOR ANY REGARDS FOR THE LAW ALL SHE CARES ABOUT IS HERSELF AND HOW SHE CAN CHEAT OTHERS OUT OF THEIR POSSESIONS OR MONIES ... SHE COULD ACTUALLY GO GET A JOB AND GET REAL PAYSTUBS!!! AND ALTHOUGH I DO ENJOY KNOWING SHE IS UPSET ABOUT THIS, I AM NOT GOING TO CONTINUE TO RESPOND TO THESE NOTICES... LAST TIME... ON THE 9TH OF MARCH, 2024 ****** ***** (NEE RICHMOND) EMAILED OVER FAKE PAYSTUBS FROM A JOB SHE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE AND CAME IN TO BUY A **** THROUGH THE DEALERSHIP... I HONESTLY NEVER EVEN THOUGHT THAT A 50+ YEAR OLD PERSON WOULD EVEN TRY SOMETHING SO ILLEGAL I ASSUMED MOST PEOPLE HER AGE WOULD HAVE THEIR "LIFE" SOMEWHAT TOGETHER... I DID NOTICE THOUGH THAT SHE KEPT SAYING HOW NOTHING WAS EVER HER FAULT AS FAR AS HER CREDIT SITUATION WENT??? ANYWAY MUCH LIKE THIS CORRESPONDENCE WITH YOU OVER THIS..( AGAIN SHE CLAIMS NO FAULT IN SUBMITTING FALSE PAYCHECKS EVEN THOUGH IT IS BANK FRAUD!!!) SHE JUST KEEPS PUSHING AND COMPLAINING ABOUT THE $1,000 SHE PUT DOWN AT DELIVERY, WHICH SHE HAD THE **** A WEEK AND IT HAD TO BE TOWED BACK TO MY DEALERSHIP THEN I HAD TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS TO THE **** THAT HAPPENED WHILE IN HER POSSESION...( WHICH I AM SURE THAT'S GOING TO BE MY FAULT TOO!!!) SO THAT BILL TOTALS OUT TO $695.29 AND THEN PAY FOR THE DETAIL AGAIN PLUS THE LOSS IN VALUE DUE TO MILEAGE ETC. AGAIN I LOST A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF MONEY IN AN ATTEMPT TO HELP THIS ??? OUT... REALISTICALLY THIS DEAL COST ME A TOTAL OF A LITTLE OVER $1,600.00 ALTOGETHER, WHICH IF THE BANK HADN'T CAUGHT HER SHE WOULD'VE GOTTEN AWAY WITH IT... I WOULD'VE BEEN PAID AND IT WOULD ALL BE GOOD... BUT THEY CAUGHT HER LIE AND SENT THE DEAL BACK AND REFUSES TO EVEN LOOK AT HER DEAL ANYMORE BECAUSE SHE LIED TO THEM RIGHT FROM THE START ( THIS IS AFTER I CALLED THE BANK MANAGER AND PERSONALLY ASKED HIM TO HELP ON THIS PARTICULAR FILE!!! IN MY NIAVETY I TRULY BELIEVED WHAT SHE WAS SAYING) LESSON LEARNED... ALSO EVERYTIME I RESPOND TO THESE IT TAKES MORE OF MY TIME SO I WILL BE ADDING THIS TO THE COST FROM HERE ON OUT!!! THANK YOU.

*** ******* entered into an intallment sales contract, which she attached in her original complaint, that was breached. I am attaching *** ******* payment history which clearly shows that the agreement was not honored and subsequently we legally repossessed the vehicle. The vehicle has been sold and the remaining balance sent to collections as *** ******* failed to remedy her account in the alloted time frame.Customer response

*** ******* did purchase and finance a vehicle with us, however she defaulted on her contract and we unfortunately had to repossess the vehicle. The remaining balance was subsequently charged off after 30 days. I have attached supporting docuements. The vehilcle was never paid off as claimed by the complaintant, therefore she is not entitled to the vehicle or any reimbursement as set forth in her contract.
