They finished putting on my roof in only two days and cleaned up all the mess!! Did an awesome job and would highly recommend them to anyone!! Working with my insurance was tough but they handled that aspect and got it covered under my insurance!! Definitely give them a call!Review from Doug W

This company has been such a great company to work with. We recently had our roof replaced due to damage. **** was able to give a quote and scheduled our replacement in a reasonable amount of time. The crew that he uses is very efficient and the cleanup up was fantastic. Since then, we have decided to have our windows replaced and are using this company again. Its so hard to find reliable, fair, and honest people/companies these days. This company fits all of these!!Review from Mark K

We recently used Choice One after our home was damaged in a wind event and lost a significant amount of siding. The team was extremely responsive, even on weekends or during personal vacations, to all of our inquiries. They helped us navigate our insurance, working directly with the Claims Rep when needed, to make sure we were compensated appropriately to complete the necessary work. From the initial call to dealing with manufacturing delays to completing the work, Choice One was professional and helpful the entire time.Review from Brian L

I saw the Choice One Restoration signs in my neighborhood a while ago, and it looked like they did quality work. I am now in the need of work on my home and reached out to them. I left three voicemail messages, once a week for three straight weeks (two to the owner's phone, and one to the sales manager's phone). I indicated that I was interested in an estimate for home repairs, and on at least one of the messages, what type of repairs, and left my name and cell number. Their website indicates that if you contact them, they will get back to you within 24 hours. It's been over 3 weeks since my first message. I even took into consideration that they might be on vacation, and asked that someone just call to let me know if they were on vacation, or whether they were still taking new jobs (or not). Still waiting, but have moved on to other contractors.They may do great work, but it looks like I'll never know. I don't believe I've ever written a review before, especially when no product was received or work done. However, because I feel like I wasted time based on their 24 hour representation, I felt others should know not to expect a call back.
