**** *., sevice manager, did a great job sealing additional cracks and installing additional straps to basement walls. He took time to explain things and what I should follow up on. He answered my questions and made suggestions on the downspouts on my house. He was very thorough unlike the installation team.Review from Curtis K

**********************, *************** were on time, very polite, kind and informative. ***** kept us updated at least 3 times a day. These 4 plus a couple other guys worked very hard in 97 degree weather. My husband and I were very impressed with how much they finished in a little time. We went and checked around as they worked and offered water. They cleaned up everything above and beyond what was expected. They were very professional and we are very pleased with their work.Review from Jan F

Be very careful when you talk to them and read all the paperwork before you sign ! They have young people doing the work but have no supervision or supervisors that know what they are doing and leave a big mess after they are done ! They did come back but the results were not any better! So seniors and veterans beware of this company! I got a lot of estimates and know a lot about these things and still got taken to the cleaner on my basement work ! I had water in my basement and called EverDry for help. ************ Came in and made a decision as to what was needed to rectify my problem. A few days later ************, **************, and ************** Came in, dug up my floor and found a crushed tile that was causing build up of sediment and clogging my tile. They took care of the clog and put in a clean out tile to prevent the problem happening again. Very pleased with the threes pleasant disposition and ethic to there job!
