On June 10th 2024, my wife & I purchase a 2023 Seadoo Jetski from American Powersports in Findlay. The problem is they sold us a 3 year old Triton Trailer, which we were ok with, what we didn't realize is that it was missing the rim caps , had a damaged front guide wheel and the axle boot was missing - which protects the the wheel bearing from water. I called ****, our sales **** and told him about the issues. He spoke with ******, the warranty claims **** and she sent two used rim caps and a front guide wheel assembly to their Sandusky location of which I drove an hour to pick up and realized when I got home that the parts were preowned and didn't even fit our trailer. ****** assured me that the wheel rim caps would protect the bearings from water, problem is the seal that prevents water from gettting to the bearing was also missing and the grease & bearing have been exposed to water. I called **** again about the issues with the trailer and told him that we want to get a new trailer and don't feel like we should have to pay any difference. I didn't hear from **** for about two weeks and finally called ***** one of the owners of American powersports, fully explained to him the conversation **** & I had and reitterated that since I was sold a three year old trailer with major issues I didn't feel like we should have to pay any difference, **** responded with let me check availablilty and we heard nothing for 2 1/2 weeks until **** reached out and said a new trailer is on the way. On 8/28/2024 I made a trip to the Findlay store, which was an hour and 15 minutes from our home, to pick up the new trailer and was told by **** that there is a $500 cost for the difference. He contacted ****, and came back to inform me that **** said I was repsonsible for the $500 difference. With no choice, I reluctantly paid the money, and did tell **** that I would contact **** and work on getting reimbursed. As I was leaving they damaged the new wiring harness. After American Powersports employees damaged the trailer wiring, I did tell **** to just refund the $500 and left with the original trailer they sold us.  I also reached out to **** at the ******** location but the receptionist said he was busy with a guest.  At that point I left my name & number and as of 8/29/2024 have not heard from him
