Went here for them to check my check engine light and to see the abs light on dash. Eric told me my insurance may not cover the diagnosis or some of the work. Which I said that fine. Eric told me my price for the diagnosis would be 150/200$! They check the abs light, and said that they didn’t hear any other noises. The check engine read a problem with the evape systems. I asked what does that mean, he then told me he has already started a evap check on my vehicle. I asked would I be charged for that because I did not ask for that to be done. Just to check my engine light and the noises. He then told me I owe 194$ for them doing that and checking the rest. I came to the store with a witness to ask why was I being charged for those services or why did he do the evap check. Eric said he checked it to find out where it was. Again a service I didn’t ask to be done. Two days later I went to retrieve my vehicle, still paid for the services with no mention of the evap on the paperwork. The mechanic who brung my car to me spent five minutes trying to start the vehicle. The vehicle had no start up issue when I brung the car in. I asked the mechanic what’s going on he said hold on. Came back wiggle curds to my fuel pump and the car started. The next day it didn’t start. Called to ask if they could pick up the vehicle and s see why there’s a start up problem after you did a check on my fuel pump without me asking for further procedures. The guy on the phone said they would call back and they have not. This is a inconvenience financially. I also have another issues with the vehicle that I didn’t have before. Eric is also very rude. He lied and said the evap would cause the no start issues, it will make a car run different but will not cause the car to not start up according to three other shops. Now I have to wiggle my chords to the fuel pump for the car to run and it still stalls. Wish they would’ve never touched my fuel system!

On August 6, 2024 I took my vehicle into Rad Air Complete car Repair On 5266 Turner Rd., Garfield, OH 44125 I took my Buick enclave in just for them to check the air because the air in the car was warm. So I left my car there until they ran the diagnostics on the air conditioning. However, when I return, the manager Tells me your car won’t start and in an underhanded sneakingly voice. I was totally devastated because I know my Buick enclave I have been all over from Florida to Alabama Pennsylvania everywhere and I take care of my car and there was nothing wrong with my vehicle except the air conditioning I had to call the police because The manager was trying to scam me. He see me as a single woman coming in there dropping off my vehicle and he was going to try to get more money from me, Thank God My mechanic was with me. He know he had done something wrong to my vehicle because suddenly he decides to ask me to allow him to run a diagnostics on my vehicle to see why would not start knowing he did something to it already. And now he wanted to charge me 75 To $150 for diagnostic test. The question that makes this so shady is when you took it in for diagnostics for the air conditioning then you pull the car out The garage and parked it. Then suddenly when I came to get my vehicle, it does not start. The battery was fully charged, and imy car would not start. The manager tells me leave your keys here and I will run a diagnostic on it. Why didn’t He called me and suggest that from the beginning when he found out it would not start? Because he was trying to get Extra money from me because he already knew what was wrong with my vehicle. Therefore, My mechanic told me do not let him touch your car so I had to pay a tow truck to come and get my car and deliver it to my house Very disappointed in this service and I will grade them an BIG.FAT Zero/F For their services trying to cheat me because I’m a woman. This manager said he was part owner. He needs to be fired.

On Friday December 2, 2022, I stopped in at Rad Air about 3:45pm to see if I could get an estimate of the cost to repair whatever was causing noise that sounded like a muffler problem. I was told by the person behind the counter to come back on Monday around the same time, and I did not need to make an appointment. I was unable to go in on that day, but I did return on Tuesday, 12/6/22. This was my 2nd visit, and this time the person behind the counter, (different than the first), said I needed to make an appointment, which I did for Thursday 12/8/22 at 11:00 am. When I went in on 12/8/22, the person behind the counter (someone different from the other two visits), told me "there would be a $72.00+ charge for the estimate; they don't do free inspections." No one prior to this person ever said anything about a charge to give me an estimate. The people that run this business wasted my time because had I known there would be a charge for the estimate, I would not have gone back the 2nd and 3rd times. This experience was ridiculous and shows a lack of respect for the customer.
