    I had an initial response that was questionable. I then got ahold of Step***ie and she made everything right. With my oil furnace being an older model, it was difficult to find the part. Once they did they came out within a few days to fix the problem. It was 20 minutes and when the heat came on I almost cried. I know from using AHS for two different issues now that It was worth it. I just pray I get relief from ANY homeowner issues for a bit. It's difficult to find service and parts for anything. I had a different insurance for awhile and was told to "find my own" contractor as they couldn't. Frog Pro was a Godsend for this service...THANK YOU!

    Frog Pro is a very bad company to deal with .They were sent to my house to find the problem with the ac unit. The tech came by one evening and looked at the problem.He said i needed a new circuit board. That it had shorted out and blow the fuse.What i didn`t know was he disconnected the wires from the circuit board,He did not turn the report into *** for approval.When we tried to call them our calls would be blocked.Isee that *** can`t make them come back and reconnect the wires.*** sent out another company which is a five star company.But they can`t help me because of what Frog Pro disconnected.Me and my wife have been without ac all summer.We are senior citizens and it has been rough.Something needs to be done about Frog Pro and their poor service.Someone please help us to get our ac and furnace working again. Make someone responsible for this problem.After all *** picked this company to send to my home********

    Company assigned to us by home warranty they never returned our calls we have had no air conditioning for almost 3 weeks and are still waiting.

    Company assigned to me by my home warranty. After agreeing for a rebuild of my AC unit and paying a fee of 570 dollars, a technician arrived shortly after looked in the basement then promptly left. Since then, i have yet to hear from them concerning the repair of my AC unit

    If I could give negative stars, I would. I hate that I have to leave one as it bumps their rating up. I’m convinced that any good reviews are done by their friends. This is by far the worst company I’ve had to deal with as far as any type of home repair or service of this kind. My home warranty company sent them to check my ac unit. FrogPro suggested I replace the ac AND furnace (even though the furnace was checked in December and I used it all winter long with no issues). They gave me pricing on replacing the coils only, replacing the whole ac unit and replacing both ac and furnace. They only turned paperwork into my warranty company for the coils but, that will not fix my ac unit. They also doubled the pricing knowing that the warranty company would be paying a portion. Now, my only option through *** is to take a payout of $260 for the coils which, again, will not give me cold air. If you’re lucky enough to get someone to answer your call, they will hang up on you or lie to you and say the office manager, “Pat” will call you back. (Never received a call back) I left messages on three different phone numbers and no return call. They did not submit the same paperwork to the warranty company that they gave to me so the warranty company wants me to replace coils that will not give me cold air as the unit itself is locked up. (Also, just replacing the coils is not covered by ***) Absolutely a scam company. Do not use them. Save yourself the time, money and headache. Frog Pro indeed. More like Scam Pro wannabe. Just shut this company down already. I had to call a different company and pay all out of pocket to get my ac unit replaced. Why have a home warranty if this is what you have to deal with. *** should have paid $3000 toward my new unit but, now the whole $5300 is on me. Thanks frog pro. Thanks. (Also, Frog Pro wanted to charge me almost $7000 just for a new ac unit.)

    My home warranty company opened an appointment for me today with FrogPro. The FrogPro staff was fair and honest. They answered every question that I had throughout the process, came out right away, and diagnosed the problem quickly and honestly. NO HARD SALE. The service pro that came out handled everything for me - scheduled the installation of the new furnace and figured out my out of pocket including the benefit payout from my home warranty. I hate to hear the negative reviews because the FrogPro personnel from Customer Service to Service Pro to ************ Pro were ALL honest, nice, transparent. I received my paid in full, signed receipt immediately after installation was complete. I plan to maintain my new furnace using the FrogPro company. Thank you so so so much, FrogPro, for all of your care and honest, excellent, and detailed work.

    ******** in ************, is THE most dishonest company masquerading as a repair company. They refuse to send a receipt for a furnace repair that American Home Shield told me I HAD to use. I believe that by not giving a receipt, or providing proof of purchase they cant be held liable as there's nothing to prove they ever did the jobs. Someone named D****n in their office since 8/2022 has been promising a receipt, Nothing ever comes. I ADVISE NO ONE to give them their money or use them for any repair. They left my furnace in shambles before continuing on and telling me how much more it will cost in order to finish the job. American Home Shield has been useless in contacting them. ******* blamed it on American Home Shield and American Home Shield blamed it on Frog Pro. I just want PROOF OF PURCHASE!! Otherwise there's no warranty....

    Not honest...collected money...$300 for refrigerant knowing that would not repair air conditioner...never provided me with a written diagnostic...had to request...they still have not provided me this document or receipt for $300.

    I had a service call on 7/25/2022 and after talking with ****** someone was assigned to the service call. TODAY IS 08/12/2022 AND STILL NO RECEIPT! They came out the same day and the air/con system is working great now. However, after several attempts (with ******) and a promised sales receipt, none was ever sent, given or mailed, as promised.****** said that I "Should-have" received a receipt by email, none was ever received. After several attempts, ******* advised that he was going to the post office and would send this "receipt" via ***** That also never happened! Attempting to call for the eighth time, over various days their answering service kept saying "the mail box is full". As it stands now, I'm satisfied with the service call technician, but dissatisfied with the follow-up and receipt delivery end of that business.
