    In Jan 2023 I paid $430 for a two year contract through Jan 25 for twice a year inspection and certification of opperation of my aeration system at my residence. Service was completed as contracted in 2023, but no service has been provided in 2024. I called the business and got no response, the phone was forwarded to ************************* and the voicemail box rejects the call. The voicemail box has been "full" for some time. I've tried email to the address listed on the company website with no response. I will now need to hire another source to conduct the inspection or be in violation of Franklin County health requirements. I would prefer the service to be completed, but if this company can't honor the contract I want a refund for the portion of the contract that hasn't been fulfilled.

    Have used this company for 10 years with no problems and excellent service. Renewed service contract on 9/28/23 for 2024 and 2025. Service was for twice a year in May and October each year. Service was not completed in May 2024. Calls to the company go to a voicemail that is full and will not take messages. Emails to the company are not answered. Drove to company address listed. Told company left the address 2 years ago. County public health **** thinks the company is still in business. Cannot find a contact.

    We have a service contract with Everclean up until 10/2024 but they have yet to do any inspections this year as promised (should have come in March or at very least early April). Company let their operation registration lapse and just got reinstated in March. However they do not come inspect and you cannot reach company by any phone numbers, email addresses or by text. They do not respond to any calls,texts or emails. Last inspection they were out here a total of maybe 10 min and left.

    We signed a two year service agreement with them in 2023 with a guarantee check of our septic system in Februarys and July. They have not been out nor have they returned multiple phone calls about this

    Purchased a 2 year service agreement in January. Had an alarm go off on the septic system and I was unable to contact anyone at EverClean despite numerous phone calls and messages. Ended up calling ******* ****** to fix the problem. I suspect EverClean is no longer in business but still owes me 18 months of service. If they are not out of business, I'd like for them to service the systems as contracted and/or provide refund.

    I paid $265 in January 2023 for a service contract for Everclean to maintain my septic system. They are supposed to contact the city of Columbus telling them their company is servicing my system, so the city doesn’t have to inspect it annually. I paid and Everclean did not renew their accreditation with the city, so I am still out of compliance with the city and now need to get a service contract with a city accredited company. They sent me a receipt which I have. I have called multiple times, left messages, emailed them, Facebooked them with no response. I think they went out of business. I want my $265 back.

    In December of 2021 I renewed my service agreement and paid the $245.00. I was due to have my first inspection in June of 2022. Beginning in July, we have tried to contact the company and schedule a date for the inspection. After many telephone calls and an email without a reply, we asked a second company to due our service. To date, we have still not heard from the company about our contract or mid year inspection.

    Everclean will issue a refund out in today's mail.  We have had significant issues with incoming calls and voicemail retrieval and have had Spectrum out to address the issues which they have not been able to resolve completely, but calls are now coming through.  

    We sincerely apologize for the interruption in professional communication and sincerely regret that we were not getting your calls or messages.  We are saddened to lose a long-term customer, but we also understand your frustration in being unable to reach us.
