    I purchased a larimar ring from this business online I purchased a size 9 ring This was mid to end of Sept 2024 First off she sent me the wrong item - it was a pendant When I reached out asking where my ring was she asked that I pay for shipping to ship the pendant back to her and then she would send me my ring - that she made a mistake in shipping. I shipped back the ring and she refunded me the 5.00 for shipping Next I received a larimar ring but it was a size 8 not a size 9 that I ordered so it doesnt fit. I contacted her again and she refunded me 44.00 not the 49.00 that I paid for the ring and she told me to get the ring sized myself that she was done. So I have a ring I cant wear and I am out money as I paid 49.00 for the ring and 5.00 to ship the wrong item back to her. I would like a refund of the complete amount and I feel that she should send me the correct ring SIZE 9 if she even ever had a size 9 ring to begin with

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
    As I have stated previously  the seller - Christine -  sold me a ring  specifically size 9 that I requested
    I paid her promptly and she mailed me someone elses jewelry  
    Which I had to return to her - which I paid for - 5.00 to return 

    When she mailed me the correct item - the ring
    It is the wrong size - size 8 and I cannot wear it
    Her response to me was to get it sized on my own
    Keep the ring - I am tired of dealing with you and the whole mess.

    She refunded me some of the money for the ring
    Not the total amount  because she subtracted the 5.00  that I paid to ship back the item that she in correctly mailed out to me the first time

    I would like the total amount refunded  - the 5.00  that she did not return for shipping
    Or I would like the correct size ring
    Size 9
    When I receive that 
    I can return the size 8 ring that she told me she did not want back

    I already responded to ****** there is no money to refund her. I provided proof from my bank showing a complete refund. You can not refund more than the purchase price this is why ****** didn’t get a refund from the bank and has made this petty complaint. I told her she could also keep the ring and if it’s really the wrong size which I’m taking her word for that it was marked size 9:she could have a jeweler size it. There is nothing left I can do for ****** I have done all I can she’s being unreasonable and petty.
