Right before christmas I bought two jewelry boxes one for my mom and one for my mother in law. I paid 80$ a piece for one a total of $160. The day after christmas the same jewelry boxes were 19$ each. My bad for being dumb and paying for a very high marked up item. I called customer service to see if I can get a discount on at least one of the jewelry boxes and they said no. My advice is if you want to buy something from here wait until after the holidays. They have a huge mark up on these items. I don't want any one else taken by this company. I told them I would leave this review and they said that was fine. Don't be dumb like me and pay almost 75% more for an item only worth 19$.Review from Na G

I made one order before Christmas of about 6 small items to be engraved. Considering this was holiday season I didn't get too upset with the fact that it took two days instead of 8 hours like specified on the site. I let it slide being cheerful for the holiday season i didn't mind. Once it was time to pick it up not only did they mess up by engraving one wrong, but indeed did it again while fixing it directly in my face. They said if i was to get a replacement it would not be there until the 27th. Then turn around to find another one of the items broken in the box which means A. they just put the broken one in there thinking i would not notice or B. maybe they didn't know but considering it was engraved im pretty sure they seen that. I was then told I would get a replacemtn by the very next day which i never received, then was told i would receive a refund and i would get it by 12/27 which is impossible comsidering upon checking the email they have just only sent it out today. Now i have both missed Christmas and their borthday because of misinformation from allt he people i have spoken to. That is ridiculosu and will probably be the very last time i order anything from here. I shouldve recieved a refund for the bracelet as well but i didn't complain about that. Imagine if i wouldve asked them to replace that once as well. I wouldve missed another persons gift on top of missing one has it is. Horrible horrible horribleReview from Chris G

First I e-mailed customer service and never heard back so I go into the Mall store and asked if I could get my sons fingerprints engraved on a bracelet and the employee said yes, just bring in a copy of the fingerprints so 4 days later I go in and pick out the bracelet, wait in line, and the employee said NO we cant do that, This place is ridiculous - I am grieving and looking for something to remember my loved one WHICH THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO SPECIALIZE IN but they dont try and help at all - never again!!!!!!!!!
