    I bought a sofa and love seat from Prime Furniture LLC, Hilliard Ohio delivered on October 7th. Delivery person Chad and his partner removed my old large sofa and love seat with no problem at all. The new sofa they delivered on October 7th was defective when reported to the store, Caleb told me to come in and pick out another set which I did on October 22nd. I found another set 348 sofa/loveseat on order 485701 because he said he had to order it. I called the store on Friday 10/27 and found out that delivery was scheduled for 10/28. There was no communication at all from the store. Had I not called in I would’ve never known about the delivery. On Saturday October 28th Chad the delivery guy called said he’ll be at my house by noon. When he finally came he said that the new sofa wouldn’t fit through the doorway without even trying and mind you my old sofa that he took out was much bigger than the new one so I knew he was lying. So I told him to take the defective sofa set out , then he said it won’t fit on the truck! Andy the store manager and Chad the delivery guy had planned all along not to bring my new set and force me to keep the defective sofa set. I called the store and spoke to Andy who was extremely rude to me and hung up on me when I told them to come get the defective sofa set. I will NEVER do business with this shady business again. I just can’t believe Andy hung up on me. He needs to be FIRED. Never treat customers like that!!! Be aware… Don’t EVER do business with Prime Furniture LLC.

    Hello ********, We were able to speak to management. Documents show the purchase made well over 3 weeks after you called to notify us with your dissatisfaction with the feel of the sofa. Although our policy states all sales are final unless there was a manufacture defect or damage upon delivery we're able to swap out the living room entirely. In this case it was due to not liking the comfort of the couch. Our manager allowed a courtesy one time swap at no additional charge. Once the delivery driver arrived he notified the store that couch was not in acceptable condition to receive it as we have abide by his ruling since he is a subcontractor. He then attempted to still change it out for you regardless to accommodate you the best way possible. He was skeptical on the new sofa fitting as he can gauge that it wouldn't based off of 12 years of delivery experience. You then demanded him to take your old couches back along with the new ones, the gentleman had informed you that there was no room on his truck due to having a days worth of deliveries. You then called Andy shouting with anger and would not give him time to talk. Despite of all this, we would love if he came in to reselect as your satisfaction is our main priority. Best, prime team

    Super friendly staff. Had a great selection of furniture on the floor. They took the time to show me other options as well and were determined to find what I was looking for. They made sure I got the best prices on my furniture and was able to negotiate unlike other places I’ve checked out. I’m so glad I’m able to support a family owned business who also gives back to the community. Highly recommend.

    Initially ***** was great to work with. Personable and not pushy. Ordered a 3 piece set.. was told 2 weeks until delivery.. now still waiting going on 3+ weeks (sitting on hardwood floors for the last week because we sold out old furniture to make room for the new). Unless I called, there was NO COMMUNICATION about set backs with manufacturers or shipping. My husband was texted last week that it would arrive today Thursday 9/28/23 and took the day off waiting for a call in advance, to be let into the house… I just had to call again- at the end of the work day and NOTHING! Was told that it would 100% be delivered tomorrow. I’m frustrated that they never called about updates, my husband took the day off today and has to again tomorrow to let them in the house… poor communication and updates. Won’t be getting mine, my family, or friends business again. Disappointed!

    Hi ******, We apologize it had to be disputed on here. We also apologize for the delay of your furniture. We only have so much control over special orders. We do give a fair warning about special orders potentially having a delay due to freight troubles or production hiccups. As soon as we received your first call concerning the delay, we granted an option of a product re-select or a refund. You agreed it was okay to wait. Then the associate you were working with got severely sick and couldn’t communicate with anyone for a period of time, We also don’t receive updates when items are pushed back or delayed. As soon as your items loaded into the shipping truck one of our associates reached out to you to let you know the truck should be arriving to our facility on Thursday, that’s where the miscommunication was, we never mentioned delivered to your home on that day. We can’t ever guarantee a time or day of us receiving due to the uncertainty of shipping carriers. We offered to make it right by offering free delivery and setup as soon as it arrives. You agreed that was okay. To apologize about the confusion we offered you a gift and you accepted. We can ensure we try our absolute best to accommodate our clients as well as possible before they feel the need to report or comment on these platforms. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this whole purchase may have caused you but we hope you’ll be satisfied with your purchase once it’s all complete. Best, Prime team

    I came in looking for a mattress and ended up buying a whole bedroom set! I couldn't pass up on the amazing deal they were giving me. I loved the service and loved the delivery/set up. Their staff was so fast and efficient. Will continue giving them my business in the future! LOVED PRIME.

    Prime Furniture has a very large selection for many furniture needs. They provide great customer service and no high-pressure sales tactics. First visit, I purchased a love seat and chair. Love them both. I highly recommend this business.
