I recently needed to ship a 2023 car I bought in Massachusetts to California. Having never shipped a car before -- much less across country --I was very fortunate to discover Mirempire Express Inc. to ship my car. From the very first phone call I had with the company’s founder (Usman) until he met me in Sacramento to pick up the car, it was all positive. Usman is an excellent communicator, he is friendly, thoughtful, has a great sense of humor, and best of all, he’s an honest hard-working person who instills trust. These are traits that are sometimes hard to find in the car-shipping business. Usman is only in his late-twenties but started his trucking company in his early 20’s, owns eight carrier trucks, and has many years of experience transporting cars. Usman, along with a second driver, got my car across country in four days! How can you beat that? In addition, Usman quoted me a very reasonable price to transport my car from Massachusetts to California (I don’t think I could’ve driven the car across country myself for that amount of money). When I picked up my car in Sacramento, the quoted price was what I paid – no gimmicks and no surprise upcharges. Because of that I provided Usman with a nice tip which he greatly appreciated. So Usman turned what could have easily been a horrific and stressful situation into a very pleasant experience. One other note, I decided to ship my car on an open carrier, figuring that it would save me some money and that dealers use open carriers all the time. Understandably, my Toyota RAV4 did need a bath upon arrival in California, but other than that it arrived in perfect condition. Thank you, Usman!! If you need to ship a car anywhere in the continental U.S., give Usman a call. You will not be disappointed.

I work with this company a lot of time and they have a great service great drivers that they do great job on the best ability. I am so happy that I find those guys for transport my vehicles. :)

They have delivered everything they said and promised. It was a smooth transition. Best decision for me. I’m happy to work with them

I moved my car last week with this company and I was so happy to arrangement with the driver and the people who work in this company I’m happy with this service everything was on time I didn’t think it’s gonna be so much easy to transport a vehicle from one state to other state and I am glad I use this company

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!! They pick up my car in California to bring to Massachusetts, when I received my car the next day I start finding broken pieces under my driver seat because i adjusted seat to my height. When I start trying to figure out where the broken pieces are from I look down at the front bumper and see it’s cracked at the bottom where it’s hard to notice. So I get on the ground to see and the bottom of my front bumper broken and guess what pieces match the bumpers the ones the MIREMPIRE TRUCK DRIVER STASHED UNDER MY DRIVER SEAT!!!!! So now I call this company to give my complaint and the partner picks up , saying the driver was not around to leave him a message on his email 4x I have and nothing. They must think I’m just gonna forget about it and leave it like that ! Don’t think so I payed 27k for my car they will be fixing my bumper or I’m sewing the crap out of them!!! So if you’re looking to get your car transported PLEASE PLEASE MAKE SURE ITS NOT THIS COMPANY THERE HORRIBLE AND IRRESPONSIBLE!!!! And if u see BBB doesn’t even recommend them!!! This place sucks they’ll damage your vehicle and than try to avoid you so they won’t have to deal with there **** up!!!! STAY AWAY STAY AWAY !!! Let’s take these bums out of business there no good! If you cherish your vehicles DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET IT PICK UP BY THEM BECAUSE I GUARANTEE YOU , YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR VEHICLE DAMAGED AND THAN THEY TRY TO COVER IT UP where you can’t realize it so they can get away with it DIRTY COMPANY WITH DIRTY EMPLOYEES!!!!!
