            Quick, on-time, improved not only the size of our gutters, but corrected the slope and drainage angles, trimmed the shingles away from the edge that was overflowing. Couldn't be more pleased.

            Wow! Purchased one day. The next morning, three installers showed up early and were finished in three hours! I read and researched gutter protection products for over a year. LeafFilter is the only system that really makes sense!

            To expensive, pushy sale tactics, prey on the elderly during the sales pitch, hand written quote from *** in ** for ******* with discounts brought it down to 2281 (only till that night 8pm) for front and back of house, after 8pm i would the discounts. Told *** that seems expensive and would think about it. He proceeds to text multiple times, I finally told *** thanks for the quote but not proceeding because of the cost. His reply "what did you think this was gonna cost you?" Ask to be removed from his text. Then I get a text from ******* guessing from Ma also telling me he has permission to offer COST, reply yes, so I entertain it and reply "yes". ******* replies with "thanks for the response, ****. The cost price for the LiftFilter installation would be $1311 all in". My response is does all in include from and back gutters? ******** response "*** has it written as rear of home. My response was that isn't all in then is it? Clearly these two gentleman are not on the same page. This company is shady if you ask me, what if I said yes to the $1311 quote, the installers would have shown up and only installed the rear of house. In my mind one should stay clear of Leaf Filter!

            Company and installers were professional and efficient. Payment was collected after project was completed unlike a lot of companies who insist on half up front and then disappear.I give them a solid A.

            - Quality of installation unknown. Very limited photographs of installation despite promise of "plenty of photos", As such, quality of 2nd story installation unknown. Can see issue with some of 1st floor installation, but no follow-up from installation manager. No confidence 2nd story is any better.- Damage to driveway, no response to several calls /texts about dissatisfaction in that regard - Was told I should be home during installation. ***************** showed up speaking absolutely no English, so why did I need to take the day off to be there if we couldn't communicate?- No follow-up from installation manager about any of my above concerns - Very expensive product. If I knew then what I know now I would not have had Leaf Filter installed, and would have continued with annual gutter cleaning.

            Lear Filter Re: We want to hear about your Leaf... ********* the technician was great! ***** the sales rep promised things that never happened. ***** promised all gutters would be remove and reset at more appropriate levels. This did not happen. I hired you all to fix a leak at my window. ***** promised this work would help. He promised that there would be silicone or similar material would stop the leak at the end of the gutter. This was not done. Overall I am hiring another company to do all these things! Basically I need my $$$& refunded. Your salesman is a fraud. ******** ******

            Excellent product and installation crew were great at what they do. The cost would be a huge factor for alot of potential customers and though the product is best by consumers report there may be a better alternative for some homeowners.
