            Star 1 only because there is no lower. They told me I had dangerous levels of nitrates in my water and sold me a system to take out my nitrates. There result was 10. *** says above 10 is not good. Other companies result 2.36. Another company 0.1. Another company said all my levels of everything is very safe. They sold me a system to take out my dangerous nitrates. My water was very good and now we are forced to buy water.

            After using their water filtration system and softener for a year now, Leaf Home Water Solutions is still not providing us with the water quality they promised. We are still getting water staining in our shower and toilet and the clothes coming out of our washer have a musty smell. All these issues where promised to go away by our salesperson. Our system was very expensive and our water quality is not what we paid for. Now the ** alarm is beeping and they want several hundred dollars to replace. I could not recommend this company to anyone.

            This company can ruin you financially... Stay Away!First of all, pushy salesman that won't leave your house. They said there would be "white glove" installation but the installer left parts and pieces all over my garage.The 0% loan for 12 months is run by about the sleeziest loan sharks I have ever seen. You really need to be on top of it or you will be late. They will do anything in their power to make sure to let you know how to pay at the last second. They want you to be late so you pay 20% interest and put you under water. I thankfully was able to pay it on time. Look up the reviews for ***************************! YIKES!Lastly, my water bill tripled from last year. Somehow I'm using ***** gallons a month more?? Then the tech said that's normal and hung up on my wife! He said it is normal for your water use to go up 1.5 to 3.5 times! But he also says the regeneration only uses 100 gallons about once a week! What? Where is all this water going? The sleezy salesmen never mention that! Who can afford an extra 100 dollars a month on the $4-7k they are charging for water filters?? This **** thing is a money pitt!

            Leaf Home is the biggest rip-off company I have ever heard of. The sales person must be taught to lie about ever. issue of their product. Their presentation is designed to con an individual into thinking they are getting a good deal. THE BIGGEST CON JOB AROUND. LIARS< LIARS< LIARS>. I am 85 years old and I was conned into buying their whole house water treatment system. The price was outrageous, but the salesman said I didn’t have to pay anything for a whole year. Not one word mentioned about interest that was included in the payoff. Trying to put together a class action suit against the entire companies to put a stop to their scams.

            We purchased a Leaf Water Solutions water softener system in December 2024 over $9000, The sales person said this is the best system and will last for a long time. I had quotes from other companies costing less than half. But because of his convictions I went with Leaf Water Solutions. He also said the annual maintenance fees may be around $125-150.Now after a year I called their service department and they stated the annual maintenance fees is $658. This is really a rip off and they fooling customers. If I knew about this high maintenance cost I would never install the system. Please help me.They are a big fraud.

            After spending $6400 on a system from Home Leaf, very dissatisfied with the system AND how they conduct themselves after the sale. I should have come here to BBB beforehand, I would have seen all these disgruntled customers, and steered clear, but unfortunately, I did not. The system does not remove sediment like expected for that amount of money, and they have no answers for me. I have the additional UV system for bacteria, but, even AFTER the water is run through the main system, enough sediment gets thru and in just a few months, clogged the replaceable filter in the UV....had it replaced, and questioned why is that much getting thru...no direct answer. So, it costed $100 to replace the ************************ it's due again, I contacted them, and now it's $300 to replace!! I am fuming enough to say "forget it", and look into tearing the junk system out and go with another company. This company should be investigated for it's practices, just read all the customers and the issues

            Hello, I paid $4300 for what the salesman said was the best well water home system. He came out twice and tested our current system and said that this new one was guaranteed to do the job. A little more than a week later the eggs (sulfur) smell started, and our bathtub is starting to turn orange. I have called the support line once a week for the last three week, and all they say is "we are escalating it to management" but I never hear back. One representative said "just put it in bypass mode. that is all we can do for you." If your/their system will not do the job, just refund me the money and I will go to the competitors. I am starting to think this is a scam, or frasome from management call and get this fixed or give me the money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL !!!!So we have your system and it doesn't work. The salesman sold us a system that is not correct to fix our water. Tech was out and said he was letting managaement know so they can get it corrected however that was almost 2 weeks ago and no one will call back. LEAF HOME ***** SOLUTIONS IS TERRIBLE

            We signed a contract for a water treatment system and was promised a coupon discount initially but then denied and told it was presented too late. Calls to customer service are always answered with that someone will get back to you within 48 hours which is not true had to make repeated calls to get any call back and then denied what was promised in text message by sales rep. Company has terrible attitude for customer relationship and we are now trying to get out of the deal based on deception and dishonesty and really bad attitude. Totally regret making the deal at this point and would never recommend this company.

            We had Leaf come out and they promised us it would take care of our problem with our glasses coming out of the dishwasher with etching. The etching will not come off. We called several times, a gentlemen came out did some adjustments etc and nothing worked. I had to throw away all of my glasses. I purchased new ones, better quality, expensive glass ware and the same thing has happened. Spent $5000.00 on this system and not only has it ruined my water glasses, it has ruined my wine glasses, glass bowls, etc. I am just sick over this. Unfortunately the company will do nothing for us - they offered to send us new glasses??? Why??? The same thing keeps happening over and over. I would definetly stay away from this company.
