The first meeting between the owner Archie and myself was held as scheduled at my home, I was extremely impressed with his presentation without my request he brought all hard copies of the company’s current certificates of insurance, professional proof of licensing. After four other companies came AD Kistler and Sons was the only one who provided these qualifications in hard copy upfront without hesitation or request! Trust and assurance of their knowledge and understanding of how to conduct business was confirmed at that initial meeting. The terms of payment were acceptable whereas other companies required 50% down payment (which one actually was hired previously and worked two days and never came back or refunded the down payment accordingly) AD Kistler and Sons contract was signed with a down payment and installments which were agreed upon based upon the job description and milestones. Much more business and customer service focused. Kistler’s contractors managing the job always protected our home with the utmost care and respect as well they cleaned the work space up every single time they worked. The job was done better than expected! They had a huge challenge to repair a previous contractor’s job that left us with a complete failure of demolition and subsequent damage. Professional, on time, delivered as contracted, communication was clear and accepted both ways, owner always stopping in to check on progress and checking in on our satisfaction. They care about our business satisfaction and our relationship I recommend A D Kistler and Son for any future projects. They completed a full hallway bathroom, replaced a hot water heater, a kitchen sink disposal, troubleshooting of other plumbing issues in our house. They responded quickly and shall I say pleasantly ?? at every opportunity & interaction. Returning calls on time and following through on their promise’s and making and meeting their commitments! I highly recommend this company!

Highly recommend AD Kistler & Son. We had both our hall bath and Master bath remodeled. When we contacted them to get a quote Archie stated to let them do one room first and determine if we liked their work before committing to the second room. This speaks volumes to their integrity and honesty. We had multiple meetings with them to ensure measurements were accurate, selection of tile, cabinets, paint colors, flooring etc. They were great to work with, made suggestions to us as well as listened to and incorporated our ideas even those that we made midstream in the project (minor changes). Everything was spelled out for us and we knew exactly what to expect. They kept the work area clean and minimize any other construction dust as much as possible. The transformations of our bathrooms was unbelievable especially as we didn't change the foot print in either bathroom. Archie, Kevin & Nate take great pride in their workmanship and it shows! Everyone who has seen our bathrooms have remarked what a great job they did. We love our new bathrooms! Would definitely recommend AD Kistler & Son! Jason & Beth H.
