If you want to support a company that only has one thing in mind, your money. This is the place for you. Showed up to no electricity because of a hurricane. No generators for the cabins. Was told the power would be back on very soon. Ending up leaving 3 hours after arriving only after being told absolutely no refund. Worst experience i have ever had. Once they get your money, it doesn't matter if the whole world explodes you will "absolutely not" get a refund or partial refund. They also fail to tell you they are 45 min away from *************. Plenty of cabins out there are 10x better. Keep looking

***** agreed to our refund policy when he booked to stay at our cabin. ***** declined the option we offer for travel insurance. We do not offer refunds for incidents that are out of our control. The hurricane disrupted the electrical service for several hours. We offered to rebook at no additional charge. ***** declined ****** female companion threatened to leave bad reviews if we did not refund her money immediately. ***** chose not to purchase trip insurance, and refused to rebook his stay at a later date. We attempted to accommodate these guests. There were upset because of a weather related incident that affected millions of people ***** is sadly mistaken on the distance to *************. The ******************** is 17 minutes away. ************* is ***** minutes away. Additionally, we do not advertise generators at our cabins.
