After a tree fell on our house and garage, we reached out to Phoenix Roofing for help. Our insurance company initially gave us a low estimate, but Phoenix Roofing stepped in and not only assisted with the discussions but also managed to secure an entirely new roof for us. Throughout the process, Phoenix Roofing was excellent at communicating the next steps and timelines. They were a pleasure to work with, and we would gladly refer them or use their services again without hesitation.Review from Michael M

I called Phoenix roofing when I noticed a few missing shingles on my roof. Bo Pilkington quickly came out to inspect the damage and showed me the damage was more extensive than I realized. I contacted my insurance company and they agreed with Bo's assessment. Bo explained the roofing process and the features of a quality Phoenix roof. Bo quickly arranged to have my roof replaced and the job was completed in one day!! Through the whole process Bo was conscientious and professional and did what he promised. I couldn't be happier with my new roof and Bo Pilkington and Phoenix Roofing.Review from Michelle V

Phoenix solar & roofing went out of their way to repair our roof that had multiple leaks. Not only were they timely, professional & courteous; they were reasonably priced & exceeded our expectations with the work being performed. Big shout out to Bo Pilkington who was a pleasure to work with. We can’t wait to do our siding project with them later this fall!Review from Joe L

Phoenix roofing was the perfect solution for our new roof. Dustin helped us with a 6-month long tug-of-war with the insurance company, dealing with rude a claims handler and straight up inept adjusters. Dustin was extremely professional and friendly throughout the whole insurance ordeal. The full tear-off was completed without issue and the work was done looks very nice. I'd happily recommend Phoenix roofing to others.Review from Riaz M

Phoenix Solar and roofing did an amazing job on my house in Berea. Bo was amazing to work with and got my insurance company to pay for an entire roof when they only wanted to replace one shingle. Bo did a great job communicating with my insurance company throughout the process and was very thorough with me as the customer in explaining each step of it. The roofing job itself was just nothing short of amazing. The roofers came out and did the whole job in just a little over a day between the house and garage roof. They cleaned up very nicely and we were beyond satisfied with their work!! I cannot express how happy my wife and I were with the roofing job that that was done to our home. We truly have the best roof on the street and didn’t pay anything more then our deductible for it. This is the best company to go with when looking at getting a new roof!! You will not be dissappointed!! They will take great care of you!!Review from Ed H

Bo and his teams/ crews are the best.. Each team/ crew is trained to be experts at what they do: One team does repair and installs roofs. The next team repair s and installs gutters and gutter guards. The next team repairs and installs siding.. The next team repairs and installs drywall . Bo is the best at filling and winning damage claims against large insurance companies . Bo is honest ,hard working. and best of all he will return calls in less than an hour not two days later. So if you live in Ohio and need a new roof, gutter, and siding !!! Phoenix roofing and siding is the team to call, I know I will enjoy my new roof and gutter for many year to come!!!!! GREAT TEAMWORK !!! Everyone knew their roles and worked them successfully as Professionals. Professional in every way from sales, installation, and overall operation to making the project work! Everyone worked long hours to enhance the workmanship shown and I am amazed at how it looks! Terrific Job and appreciate their excellence in detail to allow the community to enjoy as much as I do. I work with a lot of contractors. I will say that Bo and his crew are the very best, most dedicated people I have had the privilege to work with. There are plenty of good roofers out there. However, Phoenix Roofing and solar worked with our HOA and did his best to get what should have been full coverage for all the roofs. He went above and beyond what any other contractor has for us personally and for the condo association. Then there is the workmanship and the materials and the warranty. The kindness and compassion he shows to his customers is extraordinary. I have worked with several other roofers before and clean up is a big deal. Most don’t do it. These guys are amazing. Bo from Pheonix roofing was so helpful and was also very friendly. He was able to fit me in and get a few shingles replaced within a week. They were recommended to me by a neighbor of mine and I will recommend them to all friends and family members.
