I ordered a 7/8" angle head wrench. I needed this wrench for a zero turn mower to do a hydraulic motor oil change. I have a Harbor Freight in my town. I went there first and they could only sell me a complete set of the wrench. It was very expensive because of the size wrench I needed. I then went on line and Auto Tool World popped up with the correct wrench I needed. Placed the order and I received the wrench a few days later. I am a former diesel truck mechanic and the quality of the Sunex wrench was good.*** H

Ordered Blaster Nozzle's on 5/10/23, received a conformation email. Never received a follow email concerning shipping. After numerous emails and phone calls (cant speak with anyone, have to leave a message) I received an email stating that it would be shipped out on 5/10/2023. Still did not get conformation of this nor have I seen the products. I have called and emailed at least 2 twice a day and have heard nothing.Review from John C

Vision Ecom LLC seems to being business as Auto Tool World. Auto Tool World took the money for my order in March and after my request for my tool, I was told that the tool would not be available until the first to the middle of May. Well the middle of May has come and gone no product. They have my money and I have no product. I needed the tool when it was ordered not 2 + months later. They do not seem to be on the up and up. I don't think that anyone can talk to a real person in their so called Auto Tool World scam company. In a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, they are a 0. They do not give you a tracking number I have sent several emails and response is always we are looking into it. Then I am told it was delivered to my mailbox in Tennessee I live in New York There are other reports simular to mine. I would not do business with this companyReview from Ian S

I recently ordered a harder to find Hansen die for rethreading an axle spindle. The price was excellent and shipped within two days. When I emailed about a tracking number, I received a quick response in under one hour. The tool arrived as expected and worked perfectly.
