  Roof was replaced . I noticed the leaks in 2 areas . I tried to contact the contractor but no answer. I tried so many times and had no luck

  I had Absolute Contracting replace my roof because I saw on your web page that they had a 5- star rating. It took 6 months for them to start the job and in doing the job they did a little damage to a rain gutter. They threw away my gutter guards when the replaced the roof. I had to get the insurance company to call them to replace the gutter guards. When they replaced them it was a very bad job. I have tried to call the company many times but they would not return the calls. Also they were to paint the celling in my family room because of the roof leaking. The painter came Sunday the 26th of June to paint. He did not paint all the celling that they are being paid for, plus the painter missed many places around the sides of the trim. As of today, they have not contracted me. I just want them to do the job they are getting paid for and do it right. They have no account order number. I do have a copy of the contract.

  7.14.2022 BBB received a phone call from the business stating that the damaged gutter guards were replaced with like gutter guards. The painter painted the entire ceiling even though the insurance company approved painting a small portion of ceiling. Business has spoked to consumer earlier this week. At this time consumer owes approx $2,900.00 to Absolute Contracting.

  I am rejecting this response because: Nothing is true of what the company said. I have pictures of the damage and the work that was not finished. The painting was very poor and no one from the company came out to inspect the work. All I want is for someone fron the company to come look at the work and the damage. I can not get anyone to call me back. The company said they talked to me this week. That is not true. I called many time with no return calls. I have called a Timothy A**** many. I just called again @ 1:50 pm July 14, 2022 no answer.

  Ben will be reaching out to you by Wednesday, the 22nd of March to schedule the warranty work to repaint the ceiling in the kitchen.  He will have the person that comes out take a look at the window frame, but is not accepting responsibility for this at this time.  The type of tools that they use to install a roof does not warrant any damage to a window frame.

  3.28.2023 BBB received vm from consumer stating business has not been in contact with him.
