12/28/2023. Mrs. ********** contracted Legacy Property Solutions LLC for a total bathroom remodel. A contract was signed with for approximately $8000. The contract stipulates that the workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year. There are leaks in lavatory, the faucets were installed in a position that prevented them for being fully turned off, and a cabinet was mistakenly painted. The cabinet was then repainted which looks worse than before it was mistakenly painted. In short, Mrs. ********** is extremely upset and feels she was deliberately taken advantage of due to elderly age as an 88 year old recently widowed person who lives alone. Upon calling ******* ****, the project manager, on his cell phone weekly for for weeks, she has not had a response. She did not have the number for ***** *****, the owner. The company's website is ******************************

In regards to Miss **********'s complaint, I would have to disagree completely with her statement.
She originally wanted oak style finish for her new vanity, we could not find one that was in her price range and that wasn't a special order. so we agreed on the vanity that is now in there. Once she saw how that looked with the original medicine cabinet she did not like the look. I along with her  daughter both agreed that it would look better if we painted it white to match the vanity top. she had agreed to this so we continued with the project and painted it. After we painted and she got back from one of her visits to the hospital she had decided she did like that, and even though my guys had gone in and done all the work that she had agreed to we still went back in stripped the paint off and restained, and got her approval once it was done all at our cost. which is not a workmanship issue, that's indecision on her end. In regards to the leaks, we installed everything and caulked everything and informed her that she wouldn't be able to use them for 24 hrs for the caulk to dry. She called the next day to say she was getting leaks because she had used both the shower and the sink before the caulk was dried so I sent my guys back out to fix it at no cost to her even though it was her fault. Then she called back to inform me that her drain was leaking 2 months after it was completed. so i told her i would fix that at my cost, i sent my guys out there. They fixed the issue, and while fixing it found out from
Miss ********** that she had tried to mess with the drain underneath and cracked the plastic gasket (which is not typically a piece that fails) I called her to tell her that we would fix the issue but would not be returning because all of the issues that we are fixing where issues caused by her not listening to the instructions given. Every step of the process was difficult because she was unwilling to do the things that a homeowner needs to do when getting renovations done. in regards to taking advantage of the elderly. She had just lost her husband and found out that he had a mistress. I spent multiple hours there talking to her trying to comfort her due to the fact that she would be crying on the phone talking to me, crying when I would go over to the house to check on progress. My fiance made food for her.  I went above and beyond to do what I could for her and to be someone she could vent to and to be accused of trying to take advantage of the elderly is very upsetting to me and even more confirms my position that I will not return to her house to do any more work for her. I apologize for the fact that she is upset but at this point we have come out of our pocket for labor and material for issues that she caused. Unfortunately I do think their are some issues with memory with her as I did answer her and we talked on the phone and when stated I talked with her daughter she tried to tell me I had never met her daughter and I explained that her changing her mind multiple times after we had done our part was not part of workmanship which she is covered under for a year.
