****** and **** conduct themselves very unprofessionally. There are multiple reviews where they clearly ripped off customers, they also rip off companies providing service. Research before you consider staying at one of their places or providing service for them.

My family and I booked a 3 nights stay in Nov 2022 over a weekend for the lazy rooster cabin. We paid a lot for the extra rooms as we had 7 in our party and wanted space. Upon arrival, we noticed hundreds of dead flies on the ground in several window areas of the house. We chose not to complain as this was our first girls weekend in years. After dinner the first night we went to do dishes and there was no soap, wash clothes or towels. Later that night we went to use the hot tub, and 10 minutes into getting in, it shut off. We contacted the owner the following day, she Finally got back to us too late to come fix it. The third day, her handy guy came to fix it. Once again that evening we turned it on...it ran for 5 minutes then shut off again. The day we went to leave while tidying up, I noticed a strong smell coming from the laundry area in basement. Upon inspection I found a washer full of wet towels mildewing (and the reason we had none for our stay). My sister in law and I contacted her asking for at least a bit of a refund. She said no but would give us a free small cabin weekend in exchange. I went to collect on it back in February (3 months later) , and she lied saying she was selling the place. She has not. Please do not waste your money on any of her properties. Highly unethical, zero customer service skills, cabin was gross, and Cheryl doesn't care about you except for your money.
