    I ordered something from this company on Nov. 24th. It was supposed to arrive before Christmas, but I still haven't received the items yet. I am a Postmaster, and a couple of the items were a Christmas gift for my clerk.Nobody answers when I call them, and they do not respond back to the emails I've sent.I even asked them to send me a tracking number so I could follow the package, but they haven't done that either.I'm concerned if they are even a legitimate business. I want them to communicate with me on the status of the package. If they aren't going to ship my order to me, then I want my money refunded.For now, I would be content hearing from this company and learning the status of my order. They have not called or emailed me back, and their business phone line does not have a voice mailbox setup where I could even leave them a message if I wanted to.They have not been professional with this at all.

    My complaint is I ordered two postal shirts, short sleeves, mediums, like a month ago. And so I received, and then when I received them, they mailed me the wrong size. So then when I called them, they told me to return those shirts and they'll mail me the right size. Because I told them, you know, what size I wanted. And that was over two weeks ago I mailed them back and I paid $34 for two t-shirts because I work at the post office. And I feel like I was getting the run around and I paid $34 for them and I never received and then when I called the two different phone numbers they have, It just keeps ringing and ringing and ringing like nobody's there. And I tried it today, and then I tried it like last week, and I'm getting the same ****. So I either want my shirts or my money back, and I'll get postal shirts from somewhere else. But I didn't like to do this because I do work at a post office, and it's taking forever to get two short-sleeved shirts. And now that it's cold weather, I won't be able to wear them. I'll have to get the long-sleeved shirts.

    Greetings ***** ... Yes all as stated in complaint is correct.  The shirts were received and the *****, *****, is that you cut the size tag out of the shirt you tried on ... technically we can not credit that shirt ... it is now damaged and cannot be sold.  But fear not ... you will be happy ... We may use a different brand but we will replace both short sleeve shirts, even the damaged one, and send some long-sleeve of our choosing as well ... *****, you should be happy and we appreciate your patience!!

    On 12.18.24, I called them, and was able to reach ****. He told me he was ready to put the logo on, and would send 3 better shirts, long sleeve, 2 light blue and one eggplant color. 

    Since then, I have not received anything.

    I purchased 2 hate in March and they ran my card. Still to this day I have gotten no merchandise and no email or phone call back. I did get someone on the phone about 2 months ago and he said he would call me right back and that never happened. Terrible customer service.

    On 5/12/2024 I placed an order through www.postalstuff.com for 4 tee shirts and 2 hats. I received an email asking for the CVC code for my card to complete purchase. The email that I received also stated that they were merging with their sister company ********** ********* LLC. When I sent the CVC code I asked them to send me confirmation that it was received. They did not respond, but on 5/13/2024 my card was charged in the amount of $114.20 by ********** ********* LLC. On 5/31 I asked for a status update on order and never got a response. I have since sent several emails and have not received a response to any of them. I have tried calling the number provided on website for Postalstuff.com and the number on receipt for ********** ********* (same number) and get no answer. Can’t leave a message because it states that voicemail has not been set up. In short, I was charged $114.20 on 5/13 and I have not received items ordered nor any correspondence from company since that date. I have ordered from this company in the past and I know it takes a long time, but my inability to get in contact with anyone or receive a status update is what led me to file this complaint.

    Ordered two hats from Postalstuff.com. 377 w. ***********************, oh ***** Sq *embroidary warehouse ************** Purchase date: 02/25/24 Amount: $40.40 Company said 4-6 weeks delivery. It is now June 26th, 2024 Have heard of other Postal employee complaints as well. I called and emailed multiple times with no reply.

    Bought some hat from this company on April 1 2024. Ive not heard from them sent several emails and still no response at all. This unacceptable at least answer me give me some type of time line at least something. Was given a 2-4 weeks delivery time line. Way past that and still no communication at all.

    On May 22, 2024, I placed an order on the company's website for a custom embroidered backpack. The backpack was to feature the **** logo, my name, and the post office where I work. The total cost of the backpack, including additional features, was $49.20.Shortly after placing the order, I received an email from the company requesting my card PIN. I was uncomfortable providing this information, so I replied to the email and requested an invoice and a link to a secure payment method. The company promptly responded with an invoice and a secure payment link. I paid the invoice and waited a few weeks for the backpack to arrive.However, after several weeks, I had not received the backpack. I attempted to contact the company via text message, phone call, and email, but I did not receive any responses or follow-up emails.

    Message to ***** ... Left a phoned voice mail on 7/14/24.  There has been a delay on this item from supplier but we finally have confirmation item will be received week of 07/15 and mailed to customer immediately upon completion of custom embroidery.  Priority Mail tracking info will be emailed as soon as mailed.
