Brad‘s carpet cleaning did a phenomenal job. Dave and Justin were very professional and thorough. I really like them being in our home felt comfortable. The carpet looks great takes a little time to get dry but that’s the nature of the business I would recommend him highly.Review from Christina S

Brad's Carpet Cleaning in Louisville, Ohio recently did my carpets upstairs and downstairs. Thought they were doing a good job but after they left I noticed that they had not gotten close to the baseboards and there was a dirt line all around each room. Not acceptable- also I had some risers in the bathroom and only were cleaned half way and the riser part was not cleaned at all along with the baseboard areas. I would not recommend this business to anybody They also stated when I booked, that they moved furniture and they moved little or no furniture, even the stuff that was small. Very incomplete and unprofessional-This was not my first time having carpets cleaned in my house and very disappointed for the amount of money paid.Brad's Carpet Cleaning LLC Response

*******, Recently we were asked to join the BBB and as we were looking through the reviews we found the one that you left on their sight in April. We feel very bad that we didn't see it to respond. We have always said "your satisfaction is guaranteed" and would like to talk to you about it and see how we can make it up to you. It sounds like there may be filtration lines and sometimes they they come right out depending on how bad they are. If we missed areas in the bath we would have come back and clean them again at no charge. We don't move large furniture but can move things like sofa's and chairs. We are really sorry that this has been almost a year since we cleaned and would still like talk to you about this if you are willing and also comp you some free carpet cleaning if you call us back this year.
