            This company tried to charge me 74 dollars for a “subscription” which is not advertised or shown anywhere on their website. My bank had some sense and blocked it but they were going to continue charging it if i didn’t cancel it. There is no option on their website for cancellation so I emailed them. I had made the account with a random email because I payed 1.99 to use it ONCE so I didn’t want to get junk mail in my actual email from them. I’m emailing them and they said that they cannot help me because I didn’t use a proper email. I kept trying and trying and finally their “customer service rep”(probably a bot) said that they allocated the information and that they wouldn’t charge me 74 dollars every month. I went on my bank app today and they charged me again but not 74 dollars just a 1.99 I again emailed the same Amy Parker and she’s telling me that she can’t help because again I used a random email. I am so tired of this I don’t want to give another cent to this company they are thieves and what am I supposed to do now? Give them my money every month for a service I did not approve a subscription for? I can’t even imagine how many other people they’ve done this to and still do this to.
