I went to Zeeba clinic to seek rhinoplasty revision. I asked him not to elevate the bridge of my nose but he placed cartridge to make it higher. He performed the surgery I didn’t ask him for. I only asked him to make the tip of my nose narrower but it went bigger than before in addition to the elevation of the bridge of my nose. Dr. G****** made a mistake on my surgery in regards to the bridge of my nose, he was not supposed to touch the bridge of my nose but he inserted the cartridge on the bridge of my nose. That was not what we agreed upon. He did the surgery that I didn’t ask him for from the beginning. He said “it’s not guaranteed” I understand that part but he did un authorized surgery cuz I didn’t authorize him to do the elevation of the bridge of my nose. I need my refund or fix my nose but the clinic try to charge me again for fixing my nose when Dr. G****** made an error in regards to the elevation of the bridge of my nose. I spent nearly $20K for this surgery, It doesn’t make sense. On top of that, the staff at the Clinic called me and told me not to leave a negative review when I tried to tell my honest experience at this clinic. She told me that “You need to take it down” like she was giving me an order when I tried to share my true genuine experiences, they only care about the reputations, not patients’ feelings.

Good morning ! I have been communicating with this patient , answering all of her questions, supporting her follow up appointments and listening intently to concerns and addressing each one in a timely manner. We have a well respected surgeon that does not deserve to be spoken about in such a disparaging way. We have a professional patient care team and we want to maintain a healthy patient -physician relationship. Suzanne
