We signed contract in February of 2022 for basement/bar and decking out back. Also they were supposed to do stuff up stairs that never happened. We were told that everything would be done by late summer/fall. Well here it is now September 2023 and it is still not done. They have not been to work on our house in a year. They have stopped responding to any text messages. We have paid them almost $34,000 and thank goodness it came directly out of bank account so we know they received the money. We have asked for money back or the material we bought and NOTHING. I will definitely be contacting the proper people. They have no problem taking your money and not finishing the job. They owe us around $9,000.

We paid TVJT Properties $14, 022 in May and June 2022 to complete an exterior project to stop a leak in our home. This project was to replace the roof, the gutters, and any siding on upper levels around the dormers. The first payment in May was over $9,000. This paid for the first round of repairs consisting of the roof and gutters. The second payment was supposed to cover the new replacement siding. ****** pushed us to make the 2nd payment early so he would have money for the siding. As stated in the review, the sample siding was too dark. ****** told us to look around to get ideas and let him know what we wanted. We looked for a week and shared our ideas. ****** was ready to order what we wanted. This put the project back two weeks. That was the last time ****** worked on our home. That was was before July 4, 2022 leaving our exterior and roof exposed summer, fall, winter, spring, and now a second summer. We have been blessed to avoid additional damage that we know of. As stated in the attached letters, we have attempted to resolve this conflict in various ways: a set date to restart work or a partial refund for materials not purchased were encouraged once winter arrived. ****** argued that we were the problem due to our siding change. He then stated there was a family emergency. When ****** continued to ignore our requests, we spoke to a civil lawyer and three roofers seeking guidance on how to protect our home and avoid losing thousands of dollars. We were advised to send registered letters to all business owners. ****** and his mother own TVJT Properties. ****** no longer lives locally and his mom denied the business exists. Our ideal resolution would be a refund of at least the second payment for the siding ($4,674). Knowing that is not likely to happen, we at least want the facts about this business shared so more people do not have this same situation. Basically, this was theft: they took our money and did not provide the contracted goods or services.

The company installed electrical work from my house to my garage in order to have power. They did not install a conduit for safety purposes. I have reached out through several voicemails I need in the situation addressed. I have a permanent pool getting installed and it will be in the way of the power. I currently have no power again to my garage. I have videos and and photos of this.

We replaced an existing electrical wire with an outdoor copper UF-B direct burial cable with ground wire. We installed wire approximately 2 years ago. Approximately a year ago she hand dug through the wire and spliced it back together and put a pool over it, then called us and told us she did it. She never called us prior to digging nor did she call **** ***** CALL BEFORE YOU DIG law. She now wants us to repair it for free because she has removed old pool and is getting a bigger pool. She also has an outstanding balance of around $100 on a separate bill. When she called trying to get it done for free she said "you don't understand I'm a single mom now".

I am rejecting this response because:

Before the wire was damaged I called several times to get assistance. The outstanding balance I am not aware of. I have not received any letters from them. I no longer have the card on file with them. The communication stopped. I know during the pandemic everyone was and still is affected.
the wire was burnt and melted prior to me hitting the wire. And technically it was not done correctly and safely. No conduit was installed just 12-3. I didn’t want it done for free, just what I did pay for monthly and correctly. They are nice people, just wanted an error fixed.
