According to BBB files, there is a pattern of complaint concerning delivery issues submitted against Javariya.  Consumers complain to BBB that they place orders with Javariya.com and their credit cards are charged at the time of purchase. Later, the business notifies the consumer that it is cancelling the order.  When consumers try to contact the business about their orders, its primary phone number is not in operation, and the second number only rings, with no answer.  Some consumers state that they never receive a refund and that attempts were made by the business to withdraw additional funds from their accounts. Consumers indicate that they want delivery or a refund. BBB sent a written notice to Javariya identifying the potential pattern of complaint with a request for a business response.

    I ordered a generator from these guys almost 2 years ago. I did not receive my generator. Since then I have sent 8-10 different emails telling them I did not receive my product asking for my money back. I have yet to get any kind of responses back from Javariya. I have sent them my full email chain, my paid receipts, order numbers, tracking numbers, FedEx status showing the product was not received. I have asked for somebody to please get back to me so we can resolve this. All I get is a generic email from the company stating that I can expect a response within 24 hours. It’s been over a year I still have not received a response. As of right now I am out $439.99 For a generator I did not receive. They stole my money!!

    I believed I've been scammed and need a refund. I also want my personal information wiped from this company's or person's reach. I found this company on ****** (on 8/30/23) while searching and comparing prices for 2 tires. I wanted the ******** brand. I checked out some basic information about the company, it seemed legit. I created a customer account - received an email confirmation about the account creation (on 8/31/23). Placed the order for 2 tires that totaled $118.40 (today 8/31/23). Free shipping was offered. Shortly after, I realized I ordered the wrong tires. I called Phone 1: ************ listed on their website, multiple times. The line was/is busy each time. I called Phone 2: ************ on their website. It rung a few times before I ended the call. I then emailed the "support" contact, ********************. Explained my issue. I received an automated email stating someone will reach out within 24 hrs. I called ************ again. After several rings I received a text stating phone lines are down for maintenance, send an email. I replied to the text stating I sent an email. Hours later, after no response, I texted that number asking for help. Then I called the *** and *** phone numbers again many times; got the same results. I contacted my bank. They see a ph.# ************ attached to the pending authorization. I called it, the line rings 1 time then a voice mailbox comes on stating "You've reached the accounting & finance department of automatic, leave your name, number, etc." Upon more research, I'm concerned this company is scamming like many of the early 2023 reviews state. You can’t even reach a person within the company. This is the order# and info that appeared under the purchase history after I submitted the transaction: Order #****** was placed on August 31, 2023 and is currently On hold. Please help!

    Good evening, 

    The company/seller replied to my initial email where I asked for assistance with canceling the order. They also sent a "receipt" that states the order has been cancelled. While I'm glad I received a response from the company, I'm still concerned. The seller wrote, "Your order #****** was canceled as per your request and your card will no longer be charged. You may see an authorization on your credit card, but please be assured you will not be charged." However, my bank statement shows the total $118.40 has been fully debited from my account - as in the funds are gone. It's not just a held authorization. I've discussed the matter with my bank's staff so the bank monitoring my account informed me of the changes. I don't consider the dispute resolved until the funds are completely refunded. Will you please keep assisting me with this dispute until its complete? I attached copies of the email for your viewing.

    I ordered a set of 2 tires for a trailer I own. I was notified by the seller to send an email along with a picture to verify delivery of tires. I did. But the tires did not fit so I emailed back about sending them back for a refund. The company I bought these tires ONLY communicates by email and said the easiest way for a refund was to take the tires to a local ******* and send back. I tried that and it did not work. The local ******* instructed me to call the national ******* hotline for help. ******* will not recognize my order since the tires are through Javariya store (3rd party retailer). I continued to call ******* to resolve my issue with no luck. The Javariya store emailed me about a refund they gave me but have not seen it yet. I had recently changed my debit card since I was up for a card renewal and explained this through email with no luck. I replied to the tire dealers by email and have not heard back. My order number is #****** on May 25, 2023. Thank you

    I ordered a pair of tires with rims included for $108 from Javariya. Tire size 5.3-12 with 5 hole rim for my boat trailer on June 25, 2023 and they responded with the Order # ****** thanking me for the order and that they were working on filling it. I asked what time frame that I could expect them on and they replied that the order would be processed by the shipping company in a few days and that I would receive the tires/rims in 5 to 9 days thereafter. Yesterday, July 1, 2023, I received a cancellation notice of the order with no explanation why nor any mention of me getting my refund. I am now very suspicious that this is a scam because they do not answer their phone, one is in area code in Ohio 419-777-8784 and one is in area code in California 510-901-0300. I emailed them asking “why the cancellation with no mention of a refund” and I am waiting for a reply. So I looked up the company address of: *** ******* ***** ********** ** *****. That address is of a HOME which they had been trying to sell because the realtor listing is what came up when I Googled it. Please help me.     I ordered a treadmill and never received it from this company. I was charged $344.31. As soon as I saw that this was not a valid company on the internet, I tried to email them to cancel the sale. Unfortunately, I was too late- the company immediately charged my card. I reached out to my bank to dispute the charge but I was told that this company had provided a (fake) tracking number for an item that I not only tried to cancel, but I also never received. My emails were ignored and the phone number provided was not a valid number. According to ALL ****** reviews, both the company and its address are fake, but they refuse to answer my correspondences or my money!! Please Help!

    I ordered a 65 gallon composting bin for a community garden on 2/18/2023 for $217.49. Price was within a reasonable range compared to those of the same type on ****** and *******. The money was taken from my account on 2/28/2023, and this email arrived from the company. The money was not refunded to the account. Between the time of purchase and receiving the below email, my Visa was used in three different purchases that the bank caught and flagged as suspicious and did not let the transactions go through.     I placed an order with Javariya.com (based in ********** **) on 20 November for a radio scanner costing $214.84. My credit card was charged at the time of purchase. On 25 November I received an e-mail advising that my item had shipped and would arrive on 4 December. The next day, I received word that the item was reporting damaged in shipping, was being returned, and asking if I wanted a replacement. I advised that I did want a replacement. I have included the *** tracking from that shipment, as it appears suspicious, as it was "returned" to a location different than from where it was alleged shipped. On 28 November, I received an e-mail saying a replacement was being shipped, and on 5 December I was advised my item was shipped and would arrive on 10 December. No tracking information was ever provided. On 7 December, I received an e-mail saying my order was cancelled, with no explanation. The item I ordered is still advertised on the Javariya website and shown as "available and in stock." I have written the company and attempted to reach them at both phone numbers listed on their website. Their primary phone number is not in operation, and the second number only rings, with no answer. The address they provide, in addition, is a single-family home. I wish to report the business for alleged illegal business practices. Advertising items for sale, taking payment, and then drawing out the process -- with the money in hand -- before cancelling an item.
