            I order a family meal that should have been 2 whoppers, 2 double cheeseburgers, 2 fries, 2 onion rings and added on addition churros for delivery. The food gets to me and I'm shorted 2 whoppers, nuggets and all our requested sauces. Of my $40 order i get 2 value meal sandwiches that aren't even close to a cheeseburger, 2 fries and 2 onion rings, which again have no sauces and churros. I reached out to the store and they wont do anything about it if I cant pick it up (which I couldnt, thats why i paid them for delivery even ordering it through the burger king app) and are laughing and think it's funny that they don't care about their customers. So I didn't get to eat between working 2, 12 hour days with no break because I had to give the wrong food we did get to my child and girlfriend. I reach out to burger king corporate and am offered a $10 credit to justify let alone my experience but actually being shorted what would be $18 in food if I go ring it up on their app right now. 17.67 to be exact. This is a joke, why would anyone accept half of what they are literally shorted plus an absolutely terrible experience with terrible people? I didnt still get food and just get the wrong food... no i was literally shorted and they dont have the humility to make it right. I think this store and corporation as a whole need evaluated. I am the general manager of a restaurant myself and that supervisor would have been terminated immediately laughing at my customers after they messed up.
