    Leased a truck though bush truck leasing the truck arrived damaged and I was told it would be repaired but they couldn’t provide or pay for a rental. I talked to the shop (*** ********) they informed me the bush stated they didn’t wanna fix the entire damage only portion of it now I’m in a truck that is leasing for 4 years and 3 months with a dollar buy out at the end of contract so gonna lose value on a truck that was delivered damaged.

    Horrible customer service. Threatening to repossess after they have not been in contact with me. I would not recommend to anyone. They are rude and condescending. I was asking questions trying to work out my payment and Jessica F**** continued to speak over me asking for my information to pay would not communicate with me calmly I told her I still had questions she claimed she could no longer answer them and had other people on the line. I don't feel it is appropriate at all to be treated like this. She claimed she had no higher above and I could only communicate with her in the future too, after she continued to be rude, talk over me, treat me poorly I do not want to be in any communication with this company as a whole. They are a scam, if I could have never given them my business I would have taken it back. Not a good company if you are just purchasing a trucking company or starting one do NOT use this company

    The new truck I bought had multiple flaws. I still haven’t received my license plates after 90 days. I’ve contacted them multiple times with no response.

    I signed a contract with Bush Truck Leasing back in January. A few days later I get an email from the company asking that I sign a revised copy with the correct vin#. I read the revised contract and noticed a $400 increase in my monthly payment. They never informed me of the increase but was hoping I would sign without noticing. When I brought it to their attention, they tried to brush it off as an error in the original contract. I tried to fight the new contract but they would only cancel the entire order. I then requested a truck with air suspension and they agreed to my request. I sent clarifying emails to document my specific request and each time the response was that the truck I am ordering would have air suspension. On April 12, 2022, they deliver a truck without air suspension. When I questioned them about the truck not having air suspension. I was told that they would check with dealer as this must be an error. The owner then emails me back stating that they don’t stock trucks with air suspension though on email communication they confirmed the truck had air suspension. I only learn that it was spring suspension on delivery yesterday when I read the annual inspection report as they didn’t supply the truck build sheet that comes with a new Freightliner truck. The unannounced change in the original contract, lies about delivery date and shipping a truck without a spec. sheet to hide the fact that it’s not air suspension has me believing that this company operates unethically. They probably get away with their unethical practices because they work with small businesses who don’t have the capital to fight back. I am asking for assistance in requiring Bush Truck Leasing to pay the expense of adding air suspension that was requested. The difference between air and spring suspension could cost my small business lots of money as in freight shipping air-suspension is the preferred truck for shippers.

    We leased a company truck from Bush truck leasing in December 2008. We received a phone call on March 9, 2022 from an Arlington, Ohio police officer looking for my husband ***** ******** in regards to a hit and run accident by a fed ex driver. Apparently Bush Truck Leasing put our license plates on the fed ex truck by mistake. The plates we have on our truck are not registered to us. The plates are fraudulent. We were advised by the police that if we drive the truck we are liable and we would be arrested and the truck impounded. I called Bush Truck Leasing on March 9th and spoke to a very unprofessional and rude employee by the name of Kim K. She said she’d send new plates and no one was killed so no big deal. The police seem to think it is a big deal. I have sent several emails to the owners **** and Jeff B. They will not return my calls or emails. I was told I would have new plates today . I received a call from Robyn S that I am now receiving new plates tomorrow. We have had to rent a loaner truck and pay out of pocket for 2 days because of the shameful and reckless business practices of Bush Truck Leasing. Most unethical and shameful company I’ve encountered in a long time. I’ve had several conversations with the Arlington police department and they agree this is not a situation to be ignored. We have plates somewhere in Columbus, Ohio attached to our name and information. The blatant disrespect and attitude of this company and it’s owners is beyond shameful. I have filed a complaint with h the Ohio Federal Trade Commission and are filling with the Attorney Generals Office as well. Our next step is legal counsel. All could have been avoided if **** or Mike B would have had an ounce of decency to contact us. Disgusting.
