My entire experience here from start to finish was smooth. The salesman, Rudy, was actually knowledgeable about what I bought and did not make me feel pressured and even showed me a scratch and dent option and some good operating tips. Originally they were scheduled out for delivery, but they put me on a cancellation list and sure enough it was delivered sooner than quoted. The techs who installed the units were careful and respectful and made sure it was exactly where I wanted it and were working before they left. As a single woman who looks younger than her age, it is great to not be treated as less than. I also appreciate that they will service if it breaks down within the warranty and will absolutely be calling them if I have any service issues. The delivery and install was also included in the price, which was great comparatively and I got on a Labor Day sale. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, thank you!Review from Jane S

Went there to buy appliances not my first time there and the salesman was curt to my husband and I as if we were a bother to him so sadly we took our business elsewhere I have purchased appliances from home appliance before no problems now problems same thing happened to my nephew when he went to buy new washer and dryer . So he went elsewhere as well .
