I am rejecting this response because:

although a response was received to correct the issue of foot and handprints, as well as issues of cement left on front lawn, there are other issues of concrete cracks, pitting , previous patching that crumbled, and uneven concrete that needs to be resolved.

    Sincerely,

We have already offered to come out and fix issues. Im not certain what more there would be for us to say, we replied to the complaint apologizing for the length of time it has taken us to come back out to fix issues and then stated we would like to come out and fix the issues still. She replied to our response as rejecting this response. What more can we do?

I am rejecting this response because:
The response was only related to Hand & footprints and cement patches on lawn.  There are many issues that were noted in the original complaint and stated again in the response :

We would like to come out and fix the issues. We can put a stain on the concrete which will take care of the prints that are there. We can patch the imperfections, patches stand out but using the stain will reduce visibility of the patch. If there is splatters of concrete on siding we can do our best to remove that as well. If you still have chunks in your yard we will take those with us. In regards to the lines that were cut, we had discussed that with you when it happened, *****, and I did contact the companies to have them come and repair the lines. Effort was made on our part to correct that however I was told by those companies that I am not allowed to make that request that the home owner would have to do that. I relayed that to you and at that time you had understood and KNEW we had tried our best to remedy it for you. I do not see why it is being brought up as an UNRESOLVED issue since it is NOT an unresolved issue, it WAS discussed with you at the time of service and a conclusion of how to fix it was determined. As for the quality of the concrete(pitting), we do not make the concrete, we cannot guarantee what we do not make.

I am rejecting this response because: its very concerning that you do not stand behind the quality of the concrete. That is expected when one hires a concrete professional . Patching imperfections that MAY help the discoloration is also not exceptable. The concrete is uneven, pitting, and cracking, in addition to hand and footprints (that you said would fade but did not.)

The patching you did is crumbling and flaking. The patching should not have even been required on new concrete . The issues with all the wires being cut was taken care of by me; however, calling for marking the cables and utilities would have prevented these issues. The splashing of concrete on the house was also completed satisfactorily by me. The splashing on the concrete cannot be fixed by me. That should have been prevented by you. Perhaps you should come inspect your work and take care of the issues satisfactorily.

    Sincerely,

    ***** *****
