Buyers beware! Please do not make same mistake as I did with trusting Serenity Reality. Is this broker even insured/licesnsed to be a broker in Michigan? The broker could have cared less with realtor refusing to uphold responsibilities as the buyers agent. This realtor was an inept nightmare. She also was a challenge for my lender. The lender had to address so many mistakes and need for repeated corrections on the contracts and purchase agreement. The realtor also abandoned responsibilities as the buyer agent in several areas. Most concerning, the sellers disclosure statement. The realtor failed to disclose had relationship she had with knowing the seller as my buyers agent whe showing me the home and prior my closing on home. After a couple weeks living in home, problems that had been coveted by stucco and paint such as a bug infestation and other cover up hidding problems from inspector and not disclose on the sellers disclosure statement, as my buyer agent, not only did she abandon her responsibilities but did a poor attempt to falsify sending me a fake cease and desist letter to no longer contact her! I was left without even being able to ask seller to make any remedies because my buyer agent was only looking out for herself and her buddy who had beenthe seller! If I had to do over, from what I have learned, i would use an actual attorney that handles property. You will actually be legally represented with an attorney. Also be careful of the title company you use. The title company I used thought was a local reputable company but learned out of state as well and was shut down only moths after my closing!

I'm a tenant dealing with a sewer explosion. They won't tell me where the acces panel is so a plumber can assess the damage. Prop.managememt was told about the event and she wouldn't get on the phone or call me back. She told the after-hours people that she would call me back but didn't. It's been 3 days now and I'm worried for our safety.she showed clearly that she doesn't care!

Appears there service hiccups apply to property management as well. Scheduled an appointment to see an apartment. Got confirmation of appointment, show up with deposit and application money in hand. No one showed up and when I called the number nothing but rudeness. Not even an apology. Questionable business practices

Buyers stay away!!! Buyers stay away! This ohio brokerage is not competent representing buyers. I worked with few agents at serenity realty such as realtor **** ************ and have lust $1260 because of his incompetence and the way he structured the contract for me. Surely he did not protect my interest. His manager realtor ******* ******** does not care if clients get hurt due to agents lack of competence so I would not trust him either. The brokerage model seems like are simply to use the buyer in order to get the commissions and they don’t care or competent about helping the buyer. I worked with realtor ****** ******** and have lost $650 inspection money and my time because seller misrepresented on sellers disclosures and ****** ******* did not have my back as buyers agent. He was clueless all through out she did not disclose condition of the property even though he knew about it. His manager was constantly trying to make the deal difficult. Serenity realty of ohio just want to use buyers for Commisions and do not offer any good advice or service and most likely you’ll be better with another agency as I have only experienced headaches and losses with this company.
