My second bad experience with this dealership. The new issue began April with the first oil change I had to pay out of pocket after warranty ended. All of sudden "parts are failng' and my vehicle has an oil leak. This is the second time they have had to look at this problen and once again no loaner is available. Not because they don't issue loaners, there are never any when I need one. I was told it would be a full business day and a half to replace a faulty radio antenna and fix the oil failing parts issue per Jennifer in Service department. Just because they are "Goodwilling" the repair. I should be grateful. They caused the issue, so no favor is being shown to me, for "failing parts". No one cares how I get around until then. I am beginning to feel this is racially motivated. I hate to go there, but the first guy was let go. So there is clearly an issue with their customer service.Review from Chuck B

Service manager reaches twice to find fault in consumer, by claiming customer sabotaged vehicle. They refuse to honor my pre owned certified vehicle warranty. I had to call Jeep customer care to learn that I had an extended warranty. The salesman in January told me to have someone steal my vehicle because I gave gap insurance. Unethical behavior. They are passing the buck. They reach to find a reason not to be trusted to honor their word as men.Review from Cassidy R

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this dealership. I found a vehicle online that I wanted so I inquired about it right away. Lucretia called me around 8:30 on a Saturday morning, before the dealership opened. I told her I was seriously interested and wanted to put money down to hold the car until I could get there on Monday. She told me she would send the preapproval form and someone else would call me with more info. She never sent the form so I had to email her and ask for it. Once she finally sent it I filled it out and was approved, then scheduled an appointment to see the vehicle, with full intentions of buying it. A bit later I get a phone call from someone else at the dealership saying that someone came in and bought the vehicle that morning. This is AFTER I just filled out the form and had my credit pulled, for NOTHING! I told these people SEVERAL times that I wanted to put money down on this vehicle and they just kept saying “someone will call you with more info”. This place is an absolute joke! When I asked why this happened all they said was “sorry”. 2 days later the EXACT same vehicle is for sale again for over $8k more than it was originally listed for. This dealership is full of liars! Stay far away from this horrible place!
