Horrible experience!!! They messed up the install and tried to cover it up and not inform me of the mistakes. A 1 day carpet install turned into a 4 month nightmare. The worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Please dont use this carpet place!

We sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue where the carpet we received from the mill was short of the ordered amount. Our installer took it upon himself to try to address the situation in the field. When we learned of this, we worked diligently to make it right, only to find that the replacement carpet was also short. Which delayed the install timeline even further. We understand that we are not perfect, but we strive to resolve any issues when we fall short of our customers' expectations. In the end, we hope you can agree that we made every effort to rectify the situation.Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

I purchased $7K in LVP flooring from National Design Mart (NDM) in ****** **** in March 2024 with installation April 2024. Prior to installation NDM sent their team to measure and advise of additional prep work that had to be completed, my house is ranch style on a concrete slab. They said the floor had to be grinded down is few spots to ensure they were level. On the day of installation only one person on the team spoke English, the supervisor spoke English however he left for most of the day returning twice possibly three times throughout the 8-hour day. The grinder was connected to a vacuum hose held together with duct tape, making the process of capturing the concrete dust totally ineffective. Moving on to the prep of the floor they ran out of the material, not communicating with me about this issue (I do not speak Spanish) just stopping work. My salesperson called me and said the supervisor was at NDM to pick up the additional prep material needed, and I had to pay an additional $170. I asked for the manager I was very upset; he eventually waived the extra charge. They finally continued the prep and then ran out of the glue, another delay. The installation was a nightmare, on top of that I am left with two and a half boxes of flooring I can't use, I expect some not that much. I feel the measure and mostly the unsupervised application of the product was the issue, the square foot of my flooring did not change. The next day a piece in the doorway was not glued and sticking up in several places. I contacted my salesperson and sent her photos, she said *************** would contact me to come out and look at it that was on April 6, today is the ******************************* I am so disappointed in NDM, what a horrible experience. I wholeheartedly do NOT recommend NDM, no follow up on their service or satisfaction just $$$$.

HORRIBLE experience with this company. As another reviewer said before, we would also give this company a negative 5 review. We picked out tile for our entrance area, kitchen, hallways, etc. with a start date well in advance, like 8 months prior. Several weeks prior to the start date, after a handful of unsuccessful attempted contacts, we were told they have to push our job out because of many other jobs, and later found out they lost some staff members. We responded back saying we had this start date scheduled way in advance since we would be traveling frequently. So, they scrambled to meet or get close to our start date and put several in experienced contractors off the streets onto our job. We had to scramble to put ourselves up in a pricey hotel down the street so we could oversee the job. It was a good thing, as management of the job was almost nil. We had to personally guide the workers through the process. After several boxes of tile arrived broken, we asked for a tent to be made so our beautiful home would not be affected with mounds of dust. We were verbally quoted for the effort - a pricey amount. After an initial day of set up, the demolition began. We noticed the tent structure was surrounded by very thin plastic that tore in many sections, fell down actually in many places, and mounds of tape was added to help secure all the tears. Unfortunately, DUST WAS EVERYWHERE !!!! We were horrified. We actually felt vandalized! We previously moved our belongings and priceless art works out of closets and into our great room. We nor they covered any of the articles ASSUMING were protected. BUT NO. So, they said they would have a crew clean for us. We oversee a few members off the streets swishing around our feather dusters and family members of one of the crew "lamely" dusting our belongings. This mickey mouse install went on for about a week and a half.... MUCH longer than we were promised initially. HORRIBLE company, HORRIBLE experience

Excellent experience with National Design Mart for our kitchen re-do. Having looked at several other sources, we found NDM lines had the breadth of offerings needed for our small-ish kitchen. ***** was excellent in designing the layout for our kitchen cabinets and listened carefully to our design intent. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. I also appreciate the on-site confirmation of the layout by an experienced *********/installer before a final order was placed ; this practice eliminated issues in the field.

What a fantastic team we worked with at the Medina National Design Mart (NDM)! Over this winter, we did a major upstairs remodel with the kitchen being our focus. Lia, in granite sales, is super friendly and took the time to help us find the perfect piece of granite and understand the care and maintenance involved in keeping its beauty. The guys involved in doing the layout and cutting behind the scenes listened to our “likes” on the flow and movement of the colors within the granite so that our kitchen could highlight them. Being human, there was a concern at one point with the granite, but this is where National Design Mart and this team stepped up and listened to us and found options to maintain the beauty and quality of our design. Mark, Granite Sales Manager, took the lead role in being our “go to man”. He was kind and professional and made sure that we were totally 100% satisfied and we are. Mark-Thank you again! Your dedication to this company showed and your trust in your company to do the right thing. The young men that were in our home on several occasions installing were friendly, clean and efficient. I wish I knew all their names. We had 3 huge pieces of granite and these guys took it through the high snow and cold (Portage County), up stairs and oh my gosh! Thank you NDM-My husband and I are recently retired and will be enjoying being at home even more now. We moved on to completing the extended porch area, dining and living room (hall & stairs) with flooring and carpeting all from NDM. Chris, Flooring Sales Rep, took care of us and once again, the BEST customer service. I definitely recommend this company.
