Would give no stars if that was possible!! ******** customer service, poor craftmanship, never an apology when the job was done wrong. Took over a year to get a simple roof and siding job done....still not fully completed. Will not respond to messages. ***** could not communicate in English had to call a 3rd party person for translation. Left work site an absolute mess that we had to clean up. Cracked my concrete driveway with equipment parked in driveway, crew damaged my awnings and then when I mentioned it tried to say they did not have anything to do with it...had to fight to get them to cover the cost of the new awnings. Every time something was mentioned that needed to be fixed had to fight and argue to get someone to come out and fix the issue, workers walked off the job leaving my house to be open to water damage with rain storm approaching, had to secure my house myself from water damage. Every time some one actually came out to try to fix a problem another problem was created. Careless working crew. All about the money but never a quality job. Could care less abut the customer and their property. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BUYER BEWARE!!!

Each time we completed a punch list and you promised to make payment, new issues were raised, which further delayed the process and allowed you to withhold payment. This cycle continued despite our best efforts to resolve every concern. Unfortunately, the final payment was never made, forcing us to take legal action.Our company takes pride in the quality of our work, backed by our 5-year workmanship warranty. We have a long history of satisfied clients, and you will not find any other reviews that reflect the type of allegations youve made here. In fact, the overwhelming majority of our customers have praised our craftsmanship and customer service, which speaks to the high standards we maintain.Regarding communication, we provided a translator when needed to ensure everything went smoothly, and we were always responsive to your concerns. We regret that despite these efforts, the situation has escalated to this point.This situation is truly unique in our companys long history. I have had multiple issues with several flooring installations with this company. Not only does it take forever to get a response, if you get one at all, but there is no sense of urgency for anything. I recommended them to a friend and they installed carpet only to have it completely buckle on every single room only two years later. Not to mention the installer brought his sons who smoked in her house and clogged her basement toilet. Initially when my friend reached out to have the issue resolved she was slapped with a $700 estimate, and then the direct contact information to a carpet repair guy to get her off their back. We have since reached out and they have yet to resolve the issue. Overall I would not recommend getting your carpet from Gridiron Guys.

In trying to minimize cost, we put her in touch with our installer for a direct quote and continued to monitor the situation. Regarding your request for a resolution, we understand that you were looking for a complimentary service. However, offering free services outside the warranty period is not a viable option for us. We strive to provide fair and reasonable solutions to all our customers. Threatening to leave a negative review in order to obtain free services is not in line with our company policies and principles.
