    8/14/2024. Received a call from Shawn ******** from Health Enrollment Agency. He said he worked for the State of Ohio and he is signing me up for health insurance. He said if I did not cooperate I would be fined per hour for the time he is talking to me. He then started singing. Said he could not provide any information because of the hippa laws. I would be charged on my taxes. He threatened me with this.

    They have called about 40 times in the past two days from different MS numbers despite my request for removal. They are trying to sign me up for health insurance despite me already having it.

    They called me twice on the morning of 4/4/24, but did not leave a voicemail. It was a local number that matched my area code, and iPhone detected the caller name as "HEC". When I called back, a woman immediately started asking me if I had health insurance. When I asked her to remove me from their call list, she stated, "I am simply asking you a question, there is nothing wrong with asking you a question.". I asked again for her to remove me from the call list, and she refused. When I asked her the company she was calling from, she beat around the bush and wouldn't give me the company name. After several requests to tell me what company she was with, she finally told me that she was with the Healthcare Enrollment Center and then hung up on me. This company likes to harass people by calling several times a day. When you block them, they call from different phone numbers. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION.

    They call constantly, even though I have told them to stop calling me since may 23, 2022. If I block a number, they use another *** *** **** number. I have been spamming the ftc with filing complaints against these numbers for continuing to call 10+ times a day every day since the May date above. Something needs done and remove this company from allowing them to make any unsolicited calls from their VoIP network.

    This company harrases you non stop. At 9:00 am I began receiving calls. By 9:20 I have received two texts and 6 calls. I keep telling them to stop, to remove my number, I ignore the calls, I block the numbers but they just keep coming and coming. They won't stop!
