            On March 14, 2024, Keep It Green Tree Service was doing work in my neighborhood, on ******* ********** I did not contract with them. They parked their flatbed truck on the street alongside my house. At the end of the day, at about 10:00 PM the workers returned to load their Bob Cat tractors onto the flatbed. Before driving the Cats onto the flatbed, they used the Cats to adjust a load already on the flatbed. In the process, they drove their Cats on my tree lawn and damaged the grass in several different spots along the tree lawn. I contacted them the morning of March 15th and was told they would be returning to the job site the next day and would check out my complaint. They have not followed up and have not returned subsequent telephone messages left on March 18th and 21st. I am seeking their remedial action or monetary compensation.

            Hello , 

            Our company was doing tree work but we were not present at 10pm . Our company trucks were gone as we finished much earlier that day. Another company was doing the cleanup and using the cats . Please contact the company that was finishing up the cleanup and using that cats as it was not Keep it Green doing that work . Thank you .

            Complainant has advised that the customer that hired the business advised him that they hired this business to remove the trees and this was part of the cleanup.  If the business hired a subcontractor to do the clean up, please advise the name of that business so the correct company can address the complaint.
