I went for the very FIRST time ever to the Huber Heights establishment and no sooner than entering the door and asking where the restroom was located and being directed by another patron (not the employee I originally asked) I headed towards the men's restroom and literally as soon as I opened the restroom door I was immediately hit in the face by the most pungent sewer waste smell I've ever encountered in my entire life! I had been holding my urge to go to the bathroom for quite some time now since I'm from Springfield, Ohio so I had to at least attempt to deal with the smell as long as I could which ended up not being very long at all because I didn't even get to relieve myself before I felt so sick to my stomach that I had to walk out of the restroom! Upon exiting the restroom I stopped a male employee and explained the issue and asked if they could please maybe spray some air freshener or something!? This employee laughed and walked away and came back about 5 minutes later still smiling as if it was funny and stated that there was nothing he could do to help me or the smell! So after watching several employees look and snicker like the incident was hilarious I finally walked out to where the rest of my party was seated and explained to them that I refused to be served at this establishment and would be taking my business somewhere else, at which time I departed and will never return to this establishment again and would never recommend that anyone else do so either! Your choice though but don't say I didn't warn you!

I am providing this input because I had a very poor experience at this location and I don't feel that my complaint isn't acceptable at all. I had placed a to go order at 1:30 PM which contained a salad and a simple turkey wrap; that was all that was in the order. I was told via email that I needed to arrive to the store to pick up said order no later than 2:09 PM; my girlfriend and I arrived at 2:05 PM to be early. When I got to the store, I was told the food wasn't ready yet and it would be another 5-10 minutes. So I waited that period of time and after about 15 minutes, I had asked one of the hostess's if they would be able to check on that order. They left and returned only to tell me it would be another 5-10 minutes. I began to get aggravated because I was not informed why this was taking so long. After an additional 10 minutes had passed, I asked the bartender if they would find out why this is taking so long, and the worker had said to me "Didn't the manager come up to speak to you about it?" to which I replied no. Finally after another 10-15 more minutes, The manager brings me my food and tells me the reason why it took so long was because there was a "salad conflict" they had to open another bag of salad mix for the salad in the order. It took them about 40 minutes passed the regular pick up time to open another bag of salad. The restaurant was not busy by any means and I even waited so long that I saw a couple come in, be seated, eat, and then leave. This is highly unacceptable and the people in the kitchen and management need some revision. I have been a frequent customer to this establishment but after this experience I will not be returning. I may be 1 fish in a big pond but I would rather burn my dollar than give it to this business again for what we had to go through.
