If I cookie give this place negative stars, I would. I was assigned this company through ****** **** Warranty. No called no show on a Saturday. Called and they said theyd be out the next day 9-11. Never showed up. Called right after 11 and went straight to after hour voicemail and left a VM. Called the home warranty back, told them what had happened. They called the business and they answered right away and said theyd be there 10 days later. Fast forward to today when they were to arrive between 7-11. Again. No call no show. THREE NO CALL NO SHOWS. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! Would not recommend this place to anyone.Review from Roy K

I like all the other reviews here had this company assigned by my ** company. They were quick to come get the $75 but have not showed up since to fix anything. They made me pay for additional parts for my refrigerator up front that the warranty didnt cover in the amount of $266.28 and then did a no call no show to the scheduled appointment. They refused to answer calls and respond to Voicemail. Ive sent emails and texts. The warranty company has also reached out to them multiple times and they wont respond. Dont use this company. They are totally unprofessional in all aspects.Review from Eric S

Assigned this "business" through ****** HW. The technician was very eager to come out and collect their $75 service fee by looking at an error code I could have relayed over the phone. They have since cancelled twice within 24 hours. Each cancellation comes with a new scheduled service date 2 weeks in advance. ****** HW claims that is the technician's next available time. I'm sorry, that is not acceptable and reeks of fraud considering it's happened multiple times. If I kept the next service date (which I will not because I know how this game works), it will be nearly six weeks since the initial visit. Unacceptable on any level. Remove the "2" in their name and have a look at those reviews. Eerily similar and all need investigated.Review from RajM

Would not give even a one star. Agree with other comments- DO NoT USE. Technician came in a regular car. Did not know much about the freezer had to look online for everything. Could not run diagnostics, took apart the whole freezer and left all the parts on the kitchen counter saying will come back with the needed part but never came. Lied to the home warranty company about the customer having fiddled with the freezer and hence having the claim denied.

Do Not use them ever. I got them through my home warranty service to fix my washer, they came and said it was fixed, it filled with water but would not spin out the water. This is twice I have had to carry WET clothes outside to dry, and carry buckets of water out of the washer. I called the Larkin & family repair service , SHE told me it was my Fault it was not working due to putting too many clothes in it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away from Larkin & Family 2 , I can not believe ****** Home Warranty uses them. Now I have to pay another fee to get someone else out here !!!!!!!!!Review from Xuan H

Had them come out for diagnosing the dishwasher and the refrigerator through the CHOICE home warranty insurance in may, 2023.Both of the diagnosis were incorrect, they said the dishwasher control board need to be replaced (for the new dishwasher not even 2years old), The ice maker, water line and filter need to be replaced which were none of them have issues when i called ** and it ended up the compressor need to be replaced. I do not think they have enough experience to give clients the right direction and just kind of waste of time and money to work with them!Review from Kathleen S

They came through our home warranty and were supposed to fix our fridge and deep freezer and broke both and won't come back to fix it. DO NOT USE! Got a new technician to come give us a second opinion and they basically have to redo everything they did plus fix more. They also told me that there is a company that goes around "fixing" appliances but they just take the deductible and say they will order parts and never do. We got our parts but broke everything in between. The company that does this also changes their name to avoid prosecution. I don't know if this is the same company but I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THEM as they are not fixing what they broke. I have called and they said it was my fault the things were broken.Review from Jen H

No call, no show during time scheduled for service. Did not answer when I called. They called back later and said they didn't have the necessary part, which is confusing to me because they set the appointment two weeks prior and had not communicated with me at all regarding the availability of the necessary part. Told me they might have it the next day, they'd let me know. Why couldn't they have called to say they didn't have the part? Or wait until they had the part to schedule the service? I had taken the morning off of work to wait for them during the scheduled window and ended up waiting all day for them to say that they didn't have the part and my stove would not be fixed, and all of that could have been avoided if they had only called to say they needed to reschedule. Really incredibly poor communication and lack of professionalism. And I'm not sure they know what they're doing. When the "tech" came out to diagnose the issue, he sat in front of my stove watching ******* videos on how to fix a stove. I've missed multiple days of work at this point and still don't have a working stove. Just avoid this company, if you can.
