I recently used Coldstream Exteriors to replace my roof. Dominick, the project manager, was amazing! He was prompt in his response, very personable and trustworthy. He is a tremendous asset to Coldstream. I would work with Dominick on any upcoming future projects. Thanks Dom!! While I was out of town during the actual teardown of the existing roof and installation of the new shingles, my neighbors were very impressed with the Coldstream crew. The crew tore down and installed my new roof in half a day. I was thrilled with the end results when I returned to see my new roof. Not only did the work look great, the crew did an amazing job cleaning up. Working with Brian Mc******* was amazing. As you can imagine the stress of dealing with putting a home back together after a major storm is a stress level off the charts. Many in this area can certainly relate to that. Brian went above and beyond helping me understand the process and always kept me informed of the stages and timelines of getting the work completed. My insurance company certainly was a challenge not only to Coldstream but to me also and Brian and his team were the guiding hand I needed to make sure the insurance company covered what they should have covered. God, forbid I have to go through this again but if I have to Brian Mc******* is going to be my first phone call. Wow! I absolutely love my new roof and wanted to share my review. Everything about my experience was amazing. I had a ton of anxiety about such a big project but Dominic (sales rep) was awesome!! He made everything so easy by answering all my questions thoroughly and patiently since I had no idea what I was doing. The roof itself is beautiful but what impressed me the most was the professional, individualized attention I got from my particular sales rep. Having that kind of attention and level of customer service reduced my anxiety level making me more comfortable. I would strongly recommend this company to friends, family, and anyone else. Five stars for a job well done. Thank you Dominic for your patience and kindness which alleviated my anxiety so much. I had a roof replacement, & ColdStream Exteriors was recommended by my insurance company & so far everything looks great. Dominick, made this experience stress free, by being knowledgeable, available, and answering any questions he has great customer service & you can tell he likes what he does. I would like to give a Thanks to the crew who installed the new roof, you guys did a great job. When we needed a roof replacement, Coldstream Exteriors was recommended. We worked with Dominic who was extremely professional and answered all our questions. This company and the employees are awesome! They fought for months for insurance to cover my roof replacement! Even though insurance refused to pay they worked with me and gave me a GREAT price and was able to get the roof done faster than anyone expected. From start to finish this was a breeze! We had new roof and gutters put on house and small building. Ben walked us through the shingle selection and gutters. Found the right fit for the look we wanted. Workers showed up right on schedule which is becoming rare these days. Worked hard all day. Respectful of property. Cleaned up all debris. Roofing looks great. Then gutters were installed in the same efficient manner. Easiest processes from start to finish. Looks wonderful. We will not hesitate to use on future projects !Coldstream Exteriors, LLC. Response
