    Before signing, the salesman stated they would deliver my car. Was told it would be delivered Saturday. Then around 3pm on Friday I get a text that the delivery guys are busy doing personal things. Had a week to arrange for transportation. There’s no excuse. Then tell me it can be delivered Monday. Having to work, I’m not missing income to wait for delivery that again may not come. I told them Friday that I will be picking it up on Saturday, 75 miles away. Received a call Saturday that they found someone, as I’m halfway to the dealership. Upon arriving, I requested compensation. They saved money by not having to pay 2 people to deliver it as promised. I had to bother a friend plus fuel costs and 6+ total hours out of our lives. Speaking to the salesman and got nowhere. I asked to speak to someone else. Having paid $200 to have the curb rash on the wheels repaired since they refused, I asked to have this reimbursed as compensation. They made approximately $1500 alone just by inflating my rate, so this request was IMO reasonable. A guy from finance came stomping over to me angrily without even introducing himself, walks up to me without even looking at me and says “yeah you’re not getting the $200” and stomps away. I attempted to explain my position as to why I felt it was warranted. He refused. I stated I wasn’t leaving until this was fairly discussed. He then proceeded to state “then I’m going to call the police”, and proceeds to his office to dial the phone. Spent 35k+ and I get threatened by a call to the police, and told to leave and never come back. I want to make it very clear the fact that no threat of any kind was made by me to anyone at that dealership at any time, to facilitate such a threat. The finance individual is rude and demeaning, and lacks the ability to control emotions when faced with challenges, and is unable to speak to customers with respect. All I was seeking was fair treatment, but instead was met with a verbal attack, and total disrespect.

    I purchased a vehicle on 9/03/2022 and had a good experience at the dealership but I received so much misleading information on how to register this vehicle from Ohio to Pennsylvania. When my first temporary tag was about to expire I contacted Loudon Motors Ford and they told me they were having trouble getting my name on the title. They told me they would give me another temporary tag and send me what I needed in the mail to register the vehicle. They mailed me a memorandum title and the letter that I have attached and told me over the phone this is what I needed to register my vehicle in Pennsylvania. When I spoke to them today they insisted that the letter they sent me was not this letter, but a very similar letter telling me to contact my loan company. Apparently they sent me the wrong one because they told me the letter they sent says "Thank you for choosing Huntington Bank," and this letter clearly does not say that. When I went to go try and register my vehicle again with the misleading information they gave me on the phone I was unable to do so and was told by my loan company it's going to take two months to get the title to register my vehicle. When I called Loudon Motors ford from the notary they argued back and forth with the notary lady about how the process works so clearly they are unaware and should not have given me false information from the start. Now I am unable to register my vehicle and Loudon states they are unable to issue me another temporary tag. So now I am out of luck when the tag expires and there is "nothing they can do about it." There was also an unnoticed and undisclosed dent on the vehicle and the dealership stated in paperwork they would give me a check for $150 to go get the dent removed. As of today 12/05/2022 I am still waiting on this check after contacting them several times.. It has been three months now. They said earlier last week they have sent it out but have yet to receive it.

We apologize again for the confusion surrounding the letter and for not making the process for getting your Pennsylvania registration clearer. We also want you to know that we are already making changes to our internal processes so that future out-of-state customers do not experience the same confusion.
