Do not do business with Pap's Construction. They do not pay for service or work provided to them. You will be left turning the unpaid bills over to an Attorney and taking them to court.

We have all intention of paying for the service, 50% deposit was paid. The delay was due to the end client funds being tied up with an insurance claim. Unfortunately, caused a domino effect, therefore we were delayed in paying the balance.Review from Mark E

**** Stay away from this company. We had storm damage to our house and was approached by Paps to do the repair work. The person who solicited for work with us was very pushy. She avoided answering our questions and wanted us to blindly allow her to handle everything. She insisted on us giving her the unsigned insurance check despite instructions from our mortgage company as to how to proceed with the claim. I also caught her in a few lies. This complaint makes me sad. When we go to a restaurant and are not satisfied with the meal or service, we ask for a Manager. In this case, the office never received a phone call, yet I received this complaint. I cannot speak about what happened because I was not there. ALL of us have bad days, navigating the insurance claim process can be very challenging and confusing. We spend a lot of time training our sales staff. The sales staff is paid commission, they put a lot of time and effort into every customers file, whether ordering Eagle views, hail and wind reports, Itel reports and meeting with adjusters which all comes at the salesperson's expense. Here is what I do know. As a business owner I ask all of our staff to be professional. From the sales to the installation, and all the steps in between. If our customers feel they received bad service, or would like to be serviced by someone else within the company, please let us know. If I had known there was an issue I would have discussed it with them and suggest that I, as the owner, would step in to assist. I encourage all our customers to communicate with us and if there is something we can do to make our customers feel more comfortable throughout the process that they let us know.
