This company is not reliable. They hit and miss on work. They say they are coming to work and it's a no show. They don't come when they say they will. We were promised the electric and siding would be done that week. Only half of the evltic was done and he has not returned this week to finish. The siding was not done last week like promised. They do not have good work habits. It's a hit and miss type work. There is more that has gone on but to long to get into. I have called the project manager. Get no answers. Talk to some one supposedly to be over jim he say don't community with him have to call manager back. I called to talk to a 3rd person today he said he will check into it. They have an concidable amount of our money almost two thirds of the job. And there is not even a third of the work done. The only way to get anything done is to get nasty with them on the phone. This is causing alot of anxiety in the household. We were told it would be done in 3 weeks we are now going on almost 2 months. We don't know where to turn from here except contacting you. Where or what do we do from here. We are worried if they are some fly by night company that will not complete the workweek would appreciate your help in this matter.

Update: We agreed with owners request to use their preferred plumbers and have completed insulation with drywall completion expected as soon as today when finish work can begin.
